🚧 Coming soon – Dispolotse Dispo is being built

This page describes what is being built right now. Your team can already read up – the Dispo will be unlocked for everyone later.

✅ Before your VTC can dispatch: your yard is finished (notary, land, first paving) and whoever plans is the owner or holds the "Dispatch orders" right. More below under When your VTC can start.

The sea map – ships on their lines between Europe and America, planes on their arcs above

The Dispo is your company's control room. This is where the big orders arrive – the ones a single driver could never manage: 40 t of apples from Spain to Norway, vaccine from Germany to Chicago, building material for a whole construction site. Your VTC splits such an order into legs, hands them to your drivers – and in the end the goods arrive.

The dispatch centre at a glance#

Everything your dispatch needs is on one full-screen page: the dispatch centre. Pick an area on the left, two clocks at the top show Europe and America, and a ticker at the bottom shows what is happening right now.

  • Control room – the world view: where orders wait, where ships sail, which ports depart next.
  • Dispatch board – pool, your drivers' lanes and the map side by side. This is where you plan.
  • Port & ships – the terminal with cranes and berth, the departure board and the airports.
  • Warehouse – your own warehouse and the storage places on the way.
  • Driver view – how your driver sees the leg.
  • Public tours – legs that VTCs offer to everyone.
  • Map – the big live map for Europe, the Atlantic and the USA.

On a phone the same areas sit in the bar at the bottom.

The idea in three sentences#

  1. The pool starts empty and then slowly fills with orders from real-looking customers – supermarkets, car plants, construction sites. Every order says why the customer needs the goods and has a deadline.
  2. Your VTC's dispatcher plans a chain from it: who drives which leg, where the load is transferred, does it cross the ocean by ship or by plane?
  3. Your drivers drive the legs in the game. Where one stops, the next one takes over – until the goods reach the customer.

Who does what#

WhoWhat
Owners and dispatchers of a VTCplan chains from the pool, hand out legs, make legs public – see For dispatchers
Employees and subcontractorsdrive the legs planned for them – see Driving Dispo legs
Single driverscan drive legs that a VTC makes public – as long as they own the map DLCs of the cities and drive the matching map – and ATS for America
The dealerruns warehouses, ports and air freight sites where your goods wait between two legs

Only companies dispatch. Single drivers and subcontractors drive along but do not plan chains. For single drivers, "My Dispo" stays a planner for their own chain of normal freight market jobs. Only what fits is planned and driven: dispatchers only plan into cities of their own DLCs, map and games, drivers only see legs they can drive.

When your VTC can start#

The Dispo is unlocked for your VTC as soon as you have been to the notary, your yard exists and its first paving is finished – that is the building block "Access & yard area" in the yard plan. Before that you can look at everything but not send anything out yet. Until then the Dispo buttons show: "Notary, yard and its first paving finished – then dispatching is unlocked." How to build your yard: Yard and parking spaces.

Planning and sending out is then up to the owner and everyone in your VTC holding the "Dispatch orders" right – see Roles and rights. If "Send out" answers "Not sent out", the FAQ helps.

What makes the Dispo special#

  • Real cargo: in the game the truck is as heavy as the real load, and the app shows which goods go to which company.
  • Across the sea and through the air: ships and cargo planes carry goods between Europe and America – live on the map. More under Ships and planes.
  • No rushing: like in real life there are deadlines, but no constant stress. Only when an order in the pool is about to expire does it get urgent – and that comes with a rush bonus.
  • Fair rules: delays and legs not driven have clear consequences you see beforehand. See Delays – fair rules.
  • Road lines: where goods flow regularly between two hubs, fixed lines with day and night departures appear – your VTC can take one over. More under Dispo for dispatchers.
  • Empties go back: customers collect empty pallets and barrels; they come back as real return orders.
  • Weather at sea: storms, hurricanes or low water in the Panama Canal can delay a ship – the deadlines of the goods on board move on with it.
  • For the team: handover notes between dispatchers, a daily report of your own VTC and short messages between dispatch and driver for every leg.
  • No kilometre wasted: unloading and loading again at the same company is one stop, a co-load may be just part of an order, and with a return load nobody drives back empty – more under Unloading and loading at one stop. Goods at sea or in the air can already be pre-booked.
  • Whoever delivers reliably wins regular customers.

How you already create your own orders and assign vehicles today: Dispatch – orders, assignment, on the road.
