A real economy – money, costs and life

In the base game money soon stops mattering. Not in Dispolotse: every job brings money into your bank account, and every litre of diesel, every toll, the rent for the truck, taxes and your life next to driving cost something. Everything is calculated and booked on the server – the app shows you what applies and why.

Income: every job is settled#

Every job gets a settlement with base freight, surcharges and deductions. Not every job pays at once: under "Instructed" you see what is still coming and what it is waiting for – the client, your company's accountant, the automatic settlement or the bank, each with the expected day. Costs on the road – booked at once#

Diesel, tolls, ferries and car trains are booked during the drive, with place and time; fuel is charged at the pump price in the game. You pay a fine yourself, not the company. At the start you drive a rental truck – with a tariff per 7 days and free kilometres. Rent or buy? Both are possible, both cost in their own way; what suits you is for you to find out.

Bank account and bank#

You have a private account; with a company a company account is added. With it come:

• a statement with a receipt for every booking, filterable by groups such as diesel, tolls, rent, taxes or workshop
• transfers and standing orders
• an overdraft and loans with monthly instalment and repayment plan – the bank checks your credit rating
• instant access savings and fixed deposits

Taxes#

Taxes appear in the statement under the group "taxes", tax notices arrive in the mailbox, and every vehicle lists purchase, input VAT and depreciation under Tax & book value.

Life next to driving#

Your driver has a home: a room in a shared flat at first, later a flat or a house with a garden – rented or owned. Rent, food, phone, power and insurance are debited once a month. There is also a shop, your own car with insurance, tax and inspection, leisure, holidays and pets. Your lifestyle – Frugal, Normal, Good or Luxury – decides what you spend on food. More: My life.

ETS2 and ATS: one money pot#

Both games share one account with a common money pot. In ATS the game counts in dollars; the app converts every amount into euros at the weekly rate and shows it as "$ … (… €)". More: ETS2 and ATS.

Nothing happens silently#

Every debit appears with its name on the bank account, every cut and every refusal comes with a reason and an amount. So you always know where your money went.
