Dispolotse — Terms of use
English translation for reading. Only the German version („Nutzungsbedingungen") is legally binding; if the translation differs, the German text applies.
§ 1 What this is about
The Dispolotse app is a Windows program that accompanies a drive in Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator: it reads along with what the game provides about the current drive, and from that it calculates its own small haulage economy — tours, costs, accounts, companies, drivers.
These terms apply to the app and to the server behind it (dispolotse.de). Anyone who creates an account agrees to them. Anyone who does not agree to them does not create an account.
⏳ ⭐ From the day it is activated, the app also includes the driver area in the browser (dispolotse.de/fahrer/) — with the same account, under the same rules and ⭐ gradually with everything the app can do, including in the dealer area; ⛔ driving is done only with the Windows app.
The operator is Marco Libi. Address and contact details are in the legal notice (Impressum).
§ 2 ⭐ The most important thing first: It is a game
All money in this app is game money. It has no value outside the game.
It follows from this, without exception:
- There is no payout. Game money cannot be exchanged for real money — neither in whole nor in part, neither now nor later.
- There is no trading. Game money, vehicles, companies and accounts may not be sold, exchanged, given away or handed over for anything else — not even for real money outside the game.
- There is no entitlement to an account balance, a vehicle stock, a company or a position in a ranking. These figures are a save game, not a credit balance and not property.
- Loans, interest, rents, invoices, bids in an auction, fines and cancellation costs in the app are part of the game. They create no debt, no claim and no payment obligation in the real world. ⭐ A fine in this app is not a penalty — it is a booking in the game, and no authority learns of it.
- ⭐ Everything that looks like work is also game: employment, roles, wages, payslips, bonuses, notice periods, holiday days, taxes and social security contributions in the app are part of the game. They create no employment relationship, no wage entitlement, no holiday entitlement and no obligation towards any authority. ⛔ No report goes to a tax office, a health insurance fund or a pension insurance — whatever the app calculates in taxes and contributions is calculated in the game and booked in the game, nowhere else.
- ⏳ ⭐ Calculations and bookings are made in euros. Every amount you get to see — prices, wages, bookings, estimates, messages — is in euros. ⭐ In American Truck Simulator the app additionally shows many amounts in US dollars, as "$ … (… €)" — converted at a rate the server retrieves once a week; ⭐ what is booked is the euro amount in brackets. ⛔ Neither a company nor any other business can give itself its own currency name. ⚠️ It nevertheless remains game money: neither the euro sign nor the dollar sign says anything about a value outside the game — it only says how the number is to be read.
2.1 ⭐ An accepted job is a commitment — a cancellation costs
If you accept a job, the client counts on you. If you cancel it, cancellation costs are charged for this — in game money, from the operator's settings (currently €200).
⭐ It is the same fee, no matter where the cancellation comes from: whether you return a job from the freight exchange, whether the game itself cancels the job, whether you cancel a tour you have started yourself, whether a started tour misses its deadline (2.2) or whether a running tour is deleted because you log out of your account (§ 6). A cancellation is a cancellation — a self-declared one is not cheaper than a missed one.
⭐ The first cancellations in a calendar month are free of charge as a goodwill gesture — from the operator's settings (currently two per month). A free cancellation is also reported to you in your inbox, with a note of which number it was. ⭐ What currently applies is told to you by this message — it is the binding information, not the number in this text.
⚠️ These costs are also game money and not a penalty.
2.2 ⭐ Started tours that are waiting ("dormant tours" („ruhende Touren"))
If you switch save game in the middle of a tour, the started tour is not lost: it rests until you resume it. You see it in the app, and you see until when it waits.
- Several tours can be dormant at the same time — from the operator's settings (currently five). If another one is added while all slots are taken, the oldest is cancelled; you are notified of this beforehand, and it costs like any cancellation (2.1).
- A dormant tour does not wait forever. If you do not resume it, it is cancelled after the period expires — from the operator's settings (currently seven days). Beforehand you receive a message, and it states the deadline.
- ⭐ You can also cancel a dormant tour yourself. It then costs the same as any other cancellation and counts against the same goodwill allowance (2.1).
- ⚠️ A vehicle that is tied up in a dormant tour remains bound to it for that time. If you drive the tour with your own vehicle or with a vehicle of your company — tractor unit or trailer —, it is not available for anything else until the tour is resumed or cancelled.
⭐ A dormant tour has not been driven: while it rests, no kilometre, no remuneration and no booking arises. The odometer is frozen and continues on resumption from where it stopped.
2.3 ⭐ Jobs on the job board have a deadline
A job that is on the board — from your company, from another business or from the dealer — carries a deadline. It is shown on the job itself, as a date and time.
- ⚠️ If you accept it and do not deliver before the deadline, it expires — and you get no money for it. If you had already started the tour, that is a cancellation and costs like any cancellation (2.1).
- ⏳ From the day the operator switches on the deadline penalty, an accepted and undelivered job additionally costs money: a fixed amount is then debited from your account — it comes from the operator's settings (currently €200). ⭐ You see the booking in your account statement and receive a message with the reason. ⛔ A job you never accepted costs you nothing for this, and anyone who cancels before the deadline pays only what a cancellation costs (2.1).
- ⭐⭐ Whether you kept the deadline is decided by the time of delivery — not by the moment your report reaches the operator. ⭐ This is meant in your favour: anyone who drives for a while without a connection and delivers on time in the game should not be held responsible for their report arriving later. ⚠️ If the time of delivery cannot be traced, the receipt of your report counts. ⛔ How this is traced is not stated here — and a time stamp that cannot be right is a falsified report (§ 8).
- ⚠️ Late remains late. If you deliver after the deadline, ⭐ it remains a delivered tour — it will not be taken from you retroactively —, ⚠️ but the deadline counts as missed, with the consequences from the bullet point above.
- ⚠️ In addition, a late delivery can reduce the revenue of this tour. ⭐ The reduction applies to whoever receives the revenue — to you if the tour runs on your account, and to your company if it is owed to it. ⭐ This comes on top of the fixed amount from the bullet point above; the two are not offset against each other, there are two lines in your statement. ⭐ A reduction is only made where the deadline is actually held against you — if the matter remains without a penalty, the revenue also remains as it is. ⛔ These terms state no amount and no share for this. ⭐ What you receive in the end is shown in your account statement and in the message about it — that is the binding information, not this text.
- If the deadline expires without anyone having driven it, the job disappears from the board — at the latest then; it can also disappear shortly before, so that no one accepts a job that is about to expire.
- ⏳ From the day the operator switches on computer drives, such a job does not simply disappear: then the game drives it itself (a computer drive), and the goods still arrive — even if someone accepted it and did not deliver.
- ⭐ What applies is told to you by the job — that is where its deadline is, and that is where it says what it earns. ⛔ These terms state no period in days, because it differs from job to job and can change.
- ⏳ As soon as there are jobs that a business posts on the board itself (2.4), it decides who may see them — all drivers, only its own company or only itself. The dealer's jobs are always there for everyone.
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ Where jobs arise depends on where people drive. The board fills up mainly in the regions where the drivers are actually on the road, and the neighbouring regions fill up along with them. ⭐ On the base map, which everyone has, there is always something — ⭐ even if most others drive elsewhere. This is expressly intended, so that there is something to drive even without additional maps. ⛔ These terms state no share, no number and no time period for this, and ⛔ there is no entitlement to find a particular job in a particular region (§ 2). ⭐ What is on the board right now is the board — it is no promise for tomorrow.
⭐ A computer drive is recognisable as what it is: ⛔ No driver's name is attached to it, and there is no human behind it.
⏳ ⭐⭐ In addition, the board only shows you jobs that you can actually drive. If a route leads through regions that do not exist in your game at all, it is not offered to you — ⭐ otherwise you would accept a tour that cannot be delivered, and the deadline would run against you. ⭐ For this, the app reports which map extensions you have (§ 7 and privacy notice, section 5). ⚠️ As long as it has not done so — older versions of the app do not —, only the jobs of the base map are open to you. ⭐ As soon as it has reported this once, the board is complete again. ⛔ Nothing is blocked because of this and no one is penalised, and ⛔ there is no entitlement to a particular job anyway (§ 2).
2.4 ⭐ The dealer is a business itself — and construction sites need material
⭐ Today you see at the dealer what is there — his stock per type.
⛔ His figures give you no more than this stock. ⭐ How much he aims to hold, what he has ordered, what is currently on its way to him and how large his warehouses and filling stations are, is his business — this applies to drivers and companies alike, and it applies to vehicles, parts and fuel equally. ⛔ There is no entitlement to this information (§ 2). ⭐ What you are shown is the available quantity — and that is a fact from the game, not a promise that it will still be there tomorrow.
⏳ From the day the operator opens the dealer as a business, the following is added: the vehicle and parts dealer is not a machine that delivers out of nothing. He has his own account, expands yards, warehouses and workshops and has his goods driven in like any other business. For you this means:
- ⭐ You see what is standing at his place: which vehicles and parts are available and when something is expected to arrive again. ⭐ These are facts from the game, not a promise — ⛔ and what the paragraph above these bullet points says still applies. ⏳ ⚠️ Anything preceded by "expected" or "about" is rounded and estimated. ⭐ If too little has been measured to estimate at all, the app tells you exactly that — ⛔ it does not invent a number for it. ⚠️ In no case does this become a promise (§ 2, § 14).
- ⚠️ Something may not be available, and it may take time. There is no entitlement to a particular vehicle, a particular part, a repair at a particular time or a particular price (§ 2, § 15).
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ If his stock is not enough for your order, you get what is there. ⭐ You are only charged for what actually comes — not for the quantity you ordered. ⭐ You receive a message about this, stating how much of how much was delivered. ⛔ If he has none of a type at all, none of it comes — then the order for that type is rejected, and ⭐ the rest of your order remains unaffected. ⚠️⚠️ The drive itself does not become cheaper because of this: what the transport costs depends on the route and not on the quantity that was on the vehicle in the end. ⭐ What you pay is shown in your account statement, and the message tells you why there were fewer goods.
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ From the day the operator opens further yards of the dealer, you see them all: where they are, since when they have existed, how far they are from your own yard and roughly how long it takes to drive there, what vehicles, parts and diesel are available there and how far the yard has been expanded. ⭐ Where you buy, you then decide yourself (2.5). ⛔ What you do not see are the dealer's business figures — what a yard holds, what stock he wants to keep, what he is missing, what he buys in and what he earns from it. ⛔ And there is no human behind any of these yards (privacy notice, section 6).
- ⭐ His tours are on the board for everyone — material for his construction sites, spare parts for his warehouses, vehicles between his own yards. They are jobs like any others, with a deadline (2.3). ⏳ ⭐⭐ If he has too much of something at one yard and too little at another, he moves it — ⭐ you can take over these drives too, they are listed as a job with a deadline in the freight exchange. ⚠️ If no one accepts them within the period, he drives them himself — with his own driving staff or an outside firm; ⚠️⚠️ if something is missing at a yard entirely, he does not wait at all. ⛔ There is no entitlement to such a drive appearing on the board or remaining there (§ 2, § 14). ⏳ ⭐ In addition there is the equipment he needs for construction work: he buys it and has it collected like any other goods — ⭐ you can also take over such a drive, and for the construction waiting for it, it counts just as if he had driven it himself. ⭐ A vehicle you buy from him is brought to you by him — for payment (2.5).
- ⏳ From the same day, money can also come from the dealer: the operator can transfer an amount from his account to a company or player account, with a reference. ⭐ Such a transfer appears in the account statement of both sides, like any other booking. ⛔ There is no entitlement to it (§ 2), and it remains game money.
- ⏳ Land, halls and expansion stages are available to everyone on the same terms — for the dealer as for your company or your own business. ⛔ Land is not leased or rented — it is bought. ⭐ What a purchase costs, you see beforehand. How a purchase works is set out in 2.6.
⭐ It is not only his construction sites that need material. If your company or your own business expands something, the material must first be driven there: you drive it yourself, post it on the board or have it delivered for payment. ⭐ Construction only starts when everything has arrived — and what that costs and how long it takes is told to you by the construction site itself.
⭐⭐ If no one on the board accepts your delivery, you are not left stuck with it. After a reasonable time the business asks you how to proceed, and you have two choices: drive it yourself or hand the delivery to the dealer business for a fee, which then drives it with its own driving staff. ⭐ What the second option costs is shown before your confirmation, and it then appears as a separate booking in your account statement. ⛔ These terms state neither a period in days nor a price for this — the default for it comes from the operator's settings and can change.
⏳ ⭐ From the day the operator switches it on, you set this period yourself: how long a delivery stays on the board before you are asked is set in your own settings — within what the operator allows. ⭐ If you set nothing, his default applies. ⭐ Where the setting is, the app tells you when you have something built. ⛔ These terms state no number of days for this.
⭐ You can track where a delivery currently is — whether it is still waiting, whether it is being loaded, whether it is on its way and how far it has got, and when it arrived, including departure and arrival. ⭐ This is information about your own order and about the dealer's business — ⛔ no driver and no human is behind it (privacy notice, section 6). ⚠️ There is no entitlement to a delivery arriving at a particular time (§ 2, § 14).
⏳ ⭐⭐ The dealer shows you his entire business — you can look at it, but not change it. From the day the operator activates the dealer map, every logged-in driver can see how far the dealer's yards have been expanded, what is currently being built, what is being produced in his works, what he has in stock, what is in his workshop, which of his jobs are currently on the board and who works for him. ⭐ It is information, not access: ⛔ no one except the operator can order, set, dismiss or change anything else there.
- ⭐ What can be seen are states, quantities, names and dates. ⛔ What cannot be seen is what he himself pays for his goods, what is in his till, what he earns from it and anything from which his next decision could be predicted — ⭐ that remains his business, as in the second paragraph of this section.
- ⚠️⚠️ Other drivers also see you there. If a vehicle of yours is in his workshop or something is being built at a yard of yours, your display name is shown there — just as it appears on your dot on the shared map while you drive. ⛔ There is no switch to prevent this (privacy notice, section 6). ⭐ Anyone who does not want this does not order anything from the dealer.
- ⭐⭐ The people at the dealer are not people. His mechanics, builders, drivers and office staff are invented characters with invented names; that one of them is on holiday or off sick is part of the game. ⛔ There is no real human behind them, there is no employment relationship, and any resemblance to a real person is not intended (§ 2, legal notice).
- ⛔ There is no entitlement to this view (§ 2, § 14). The operator can switch it off, restrict it or change it; ⚠️ what is shown there is a state from the game and not a promise, and ⛔ these terms state neither a number nor a period for it.
2.5 ⭐⭐ A vehicle stands somewhere — a purchased one is brought by the dealer
⭐ A rented vehicle is simply there where you need it — ⭐ a purchased one is brought to you by the dealer (further below).
⏳ From the day the operator switches on vehicle locations, the following applies: a vehicle is at one place — where you last parked it, and a newly purchased one where the dealer brought it to you. ⏳ ⭐ If you have it transferred, it then stands where you had it brought (further below).
- ⭐ You always see where your vehicles are — each one individually in your vehicle overview, with its location. For vehicles of a company, everyone who is authorised to do so there sees this, including employees (§ 10). ⭐ When buying, you choose where it is to be brought — to one of your yards or to a city that is on your map.
- ⭐⭐ A purchased vehicle is brought to you by the dealer — tractor unit or trailer, new or used. ⛔ You cannot collect it yourself. ⚠️ The delivery is a service that he charges you for, and it is part of the purchase: ⭐ what purchase and delivery cost together is shown before your confirmation, and ⛔ if your money is not enough for both, the purchase does not go through. ⭐ The delivery appears as a separate booking in your account statement as soon as the dealer sets off. ⛔ These terms state no amount and no rate per kilometre for this.
- ⭐ You can only use the vehicle once it has arrived. Until then the app shows you where it is heading and when it is expected to arrive; ⭐ once it is there, you receive a message. ⚠️ There is no entitlement to a particular time (§ 14).
- ⏳ ⭐ If the app offers you the choice, you can first post the delivery on the job board — for a number of days that you choose when buying. If another driver takes it over there, you pay him the freight rate (2.3); ⭐ if you drive it yourself, it costs you nothing. For a company it is on the board only for its own drivers. ⚠️ If no one accepts it within this time, the dealer delivers — and then it costs what his delivery costs. ⭐ What both can cost is shown before your confirmation, and ⭐ whatever was reserved for it and not needed, you get back.
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ From the day the operator switches on transfer by the dealer, you can commission him to bring a vehicle from where it stands to another place. ⚠️ This is a service that he charges you for — ⭐ what it costs, the app tells you before you commission it, and the price depends on the route. ⛔ These terms state no amount and no rate per kilometre for this. ⚠️ The two are to be distinguished: the delivery of a purchased vehicle is part of the purchase (above); ⭐ you can have any vehicle that belongs to you transferred whenever you want.
- ⏳ ⭐ How a transfer works: the dealer drives with his own people to your vehicle, loads it and brings it to your destination. ⭐ You see both legs in the app, together with when it is expected to arrive. ⚠️ What journeys his people need for this is his business — what counts for you is the price shown beforehand.
- ⏳ ⚠️ There is no entitlement to a particular time (§ 14). If all his people are currently on the road, your job waits — in the order in which the jobs were received. ⭐ The app tells you that you are waiting and estimates when it will start; ⛔ if no estimate is possible, no invented time is shown there, but the reason.
- ⏳ ⭐ You can cancel as long as no one has set off — you then get back in full what you paid. ⛔ Once the drive is under way, this is no longer possible.
- ⏳ ⭐ He takes tractor unit and trailer along together if both belong to you and are at the same place. ⭐ This is charged as one drive.
- ⏳ ⭐ In a company, the owner decides whether the drivers may have transfers made themselves. ⭐ If this is not allowed, the owner or whoever manages the fleet commissions it (§ 10).
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ You do not need to transfer a rented vehicle. It has no fixed location with you: wherever you start your next drive with it, that is where you continue to drive it. ⚠️ This does not apply to your own vehicle — it stands where you parked it.
- ⏳ You do not return a rented vehicle yourself after the end of the contract — ⭐ the dealer collects it (further below). ⏳ ⭐ How he collects it is up to him: he can post the collection as a job on the job board, in which case another driver drives it for the freight rate (2.3); if no one accepts it there, he collects it with his own people. ⛔ For you this changes nothing, and it costs you nothing. ⛔ There is no entitlement to such a drive appearing on the board or remaining there (§ 14). ⭐ As long as it is outstanding, you see on your contract that it is pending — and whether someone is already on the way.
- ⏳ It is different with a repair: from the day the operator switches on the dealer's workshops, a vehicle that is to be repaired there is brought there and back again. ⭐ You see every step — the drive there, the waiting in front of the workshop with your position, the repair and the return drive. ⚠️ This takes time, and what it costs, the app tells you beforehand.
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ In the event of an accident you cause yourself, an excess may apply to a rented vehicle: ⭐ you then bear the spare parts for the accident repair; the labour continues to be borne by the dealer. ⭐ It is shown as a separate booking in your account statement — ⛔ not silently deducted from the rent, and ⭐ you see which repair it belongs to. ⛔ It does not apply to wear, maintenance and breakdowns without third-party involvement — the repairs for these are borne by the dealer; ⚠️ for the wear you pay him a flat rate (just below). ⛔ Cargo damage does not cost you any additional payment; it already affects your revenue. ⚠️ Whether it applies in an individual case depends on the operator's settings — ⛔ these terms state no number and no limit for this.
- ⭐⭐ If you drive a tour with a vehicle that you have rented from the dealer or borrowed from him, you pay him a wear flat rate for it. He repairs and maintains these vehicles himself and pays for it from this. ⭐ It depends on the kilometres driven, separately for tractor unit and trailer. ⭐ Your tour is credited to you in full, and the flat rate appears next to it as a separate booking in your account statement; ⭐ the settlement of the tour shows you what was deducted and how much. ⛔ It does not apply to a vehicle that belongs to you, and ⛔ as an employee you do not pay it yourself — then your company bears it. ⛔ These terms state no rate per kilometre for this — it comes from the operator's settings and can change.
- ⏳ If you return a rented vehicle, it is first inspected and then rented out again. From the same day, a workshop of the dealer briefly checks the tractor unit and trailer after every return. ⚠️ As long as this check is pending or running, the vehicle cannot be rented again and cannot be bought — not even by you. ⭐ If everything is in order, it is then available again; if something is found, it first goes into the workshop. ⭐ This check costs you nothing, and it changes nothing in your settlement. ⚠️ How long it takes and how many of them can run at the same time depends on the dealer's workshop — ⛔ these terms state no number for this, and there is no entitlement to a particular time (§ 14).
- ⏳ Anyone who is logged in can see what is currently pending in the workshop — in what order the jobs were received, what kind they are, what is already running and what is still waiting. ⚠️⚠️ Each entry also shows who owns the vehicle — the display name of the driver or the name of his company, i.e. the same as what is shown anyway on his dot on the shared map (privacy notice, section 6). ⭐⭐ Until 7 September 2026, these terms announced the opposite at this point — that other people's vehicles would be listed there without names and that no driver's name would be visible. ⭐ This is stated here and not silently deleted. ⛔ A licence plate is still not shown there, ⛔ nothing about a driver's money and nothing from his profile. ⭐ The purpose is the waiting time, not curiosity: you should see how busy it is before you join the queue.
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ From the day the operator switches rental contracts to fixed terms, every rental has a start and an end: a rental contract runs for seven days from the day you conclude it — ⭐ not from your last drive with it. ⭐ Tractor unit and trailer are two separate contracts, and you can have several running at the same time. ⭐ If you take a further vehicle, a further contract is added.
- ⏳ ⭐ You can see at any time how long your contract still runs — on your drive and on the vehicle's card. ⭐ You can extend at any time by a further seven days, even in the middle of the term; ⭐ the app asks first, and payment is made immediately. ⚠️ If your money is not enough, there is no extension — the app tells you so, instead of silently leaving it. ⚠️ How far in advance you can extend is capped; the button can only be used again when there is room for it. ⛔ These terms do not state the limit as a number — ⭐ the app shows it to you.
- ⏳ ⚠️⚠️ If a contract expires and you have not extended it, the vehicle is no longer yours. It stays where it is, ⭐ the dealer collects it from there, it goes through the post-return check (above) and is then back in the rental fleet. ⭐ The collection costs you nothing. ⭐ You are reminded beforehand — in good time, in your inbox.
- ⭐ A trailer that belongs to the yard in the game never costs rent. Rent only applies to vehicles that you rent in this app.
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ From the day the operator switches rent to this, it only arises for a vehicle that you have bought yourself in the game — and even then only for as long as you do not own one here (further below). ⛔⛔ If you drive a vehicle in the game that the game provides to you, neither rent nor a rental contract arises for it.
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ If you get into a self-purchased vehicle in the game for which no contract is running yet, the app asks you first. It shows you the tariffs with their prices and the term, and you choose one — ⭐ only then is the contract concluded. ⛔ Nothing is concluded automatically, and ⛔ the app gives no advice on which tariff you should take — it tells you the prices, you have to decide. ⭐ You can extend at any time, as described above.
- ⏳ ⚠️ If you do not choose a tariff, the one with the fewest included kilometres applies. ⭐ The fact that a tariff still has to be chosen for a vehicle remains in your overview, together with the time until which you can choose. ⛔ No more expensive one is silently assigned to you.
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ The rent ends as soon as you own a suitable vehicle of your own here. ⚠️⚠️ Having your own yard is not enough for this: there must be a purchased vehicle in your fleet in this app, and ⚠️ you must drive the same model in the game. If you drive a different one, rent arises for it again. ⭐ Tractor unit and trailer are looked at individually — if you have your own tractor unit but no trailer of your own, the rent for the trailer continues.
- ⏳ ⭐ If you drive a tour with a vehicle that the game itself provides to you — the quick job of an outside company —, you pay no rent for it. ⚠️ In return, such a tour earns less than the same tour with your own or a rented vehicle — after all, you are driving someone else's equipment. ⛔ These terms state no number for this: ⭐ the settlement of this tour shows it as a separate line, with the amount. ⏳ ⭐⭐ Such a tour is calculated like any drive with someone else's equipment (just below).
- ⏳ ⚠️⚠️ If you drive a tour with neither your own nor a rented vehicle, it is settled differently — ⭐ this includes the quick job just mentioned. Insofar as the business recognises that a tour was driven this way, you receive not the revenue but a kilometre allowance for it — it depends solely on the kilometres driven —, and the revenue of this tour goes to the dealer business to which the vehicle is attributable. ⭐ The app points this out to you before you accept such a tour, and ⭐ what you get out of it is shown as a separate line in the settlement of this tour. ⛔ These terms state no amount and no rate per kilometre for this, and ⛔ how a business recognises such a drive is not stated here.
- ⏳ ⭐ What you refuel on such a drive and what you pay in tolls, ferry or train stays in the game. ⛔ It is not booked to your account in this app — neither as costs nor as a refund. ⭐ It remains with the kilometre allowance; the vehicle you were travelling in does not belong to you, after all.
- ⏳ ⚠️⚠️ If, when your tour is reported, it turns out that it was in fact driven with your own or a rented vehicle, these costs are booked retroactively. ⭐ What was not booked at first is not waived by this — it is booked as soon as it is established whose drive it was. ⛔ Nothing is ever booked twice in the process, and ⛔ the business does not create a record of a transaction that did not take place.
- ⭐⭐ If you refuel with your own or rented vehicle while no tour is running, it is still paid from your account. ⭐ Diesel is diesel — whether you are pulling a load or driving empty makes no difference; the same applies to tolls, ferry and train. ⛔ If, on the other hand, you are sitting in a vehicle that neither belongs to you nor is rented by you, nothing is booked — then it is your own business. ⏳ ⭐ In the account statement such a drive without a job gets its own note, so that you can distinguish it from a tour.
- ⭐⭐ If there is a filling station on your firm's yard, you refuel there when near it — not at the roadside. ⭐ This happens automatically, you do not need to set anything or click anything for it. ⭐ If the stock on the yard is not enough for the whole quantity, the rest is refuelled at the roadside — then there are two lines in your statement, one for each source. ⭐⭐ If the tank belongs to the same firm that pays for the diesel, no booking at all arises for it: this diesel was already paid for when it was bought in, and ⛔ nothing is charged twice. ⚠️ If, on the other hand, you pay yourself — as a subcontractor or on your own account —, you are also charged for the yard diesel. ⛔ These terms state neither a distance nor a price difference — ⭐ what was calculated is shown in your account statement, and what a stock costs, you see before you order it.
- ⭐ Three ways to bring a vehicle to another place: you drive it there yourself — every drive resets its location; you post the transfer on the job board, in which case another driver drives it for the freight rate (2.3); or you let a driver of the game drive — that costs more, because no one sits at the wheel for it. ⭐ If no one accepts a transfer on the board, the game drives it in the end — then it stays at the freight rate. ⭐ What the route costs, the app tells you beforehand. ⏳ ⭐ From the day the operator switches on transfer by the dealer, a further way is added: you have him drive it (further above).
- ⏳ ⭐ A drive without a job also resets the location. If you drive your own vehicle empty somewhere, it then stands there — ⭐ you do not need to report or click anything for this. ⛔ If, on the other hand, you drive a vehicle that the game provides to you, this changes nothing for any of your vehicles — it does not belong to you, and it gets no location with you.
- ⭐ There is a measure of goodwill: if a tour begins near your vehicle, it counts as taken along and then stands at the destination — without costs and without a report. ⭐ How near "near" is, the app tells you; it comes from the operator's settings.
- ⚠️ If you begin a tour further away, it is not rejected — it then runs on a rental vehicle of the dealer, with everything that applies to renting: rental costs, settlement, condition. Your own vehicle stays where it is. ⭐ The app tells you this before acceptance, and the tour tells you afterwards that it ran as a rental and why. This also applies to a tour you had accepted beforehand.
- ⭐ Tractor unit and trailer are looked at individually. If only one of the two is nearby, you drive with yours and rent the other one in addition.
- ⭐ The maximum cost of a rental triggered in this way is capped. ⛔ It never eats up the entire revenue of the tour — the operator sets an upper limit, and as a result it never costs more than a part of what the tour earns. ⭐ What was calculated in the end is shown in the settlement of this tour. ⛔ These terms do not state the limit as a number, because it comes from the operator's settings and can change.
- ⏳ You drive jobs from the freight exchange without your own trailer. For these, the cargo comes with the trailer of the firm that places the job. ⭐ Unhitch your own beforehand — the app tells you so before acceptance, on the job card and once more before it places the job in your save game (7.1). ⭐ For this trailer you pay neither rent nor wear: it does not belong to you and is not charged to you.
- ⏳ From the day the operator switches on personalised licence plates, you decide on the licence plate when buying. You can choose it yourself: the location code in front belongs to your firm's location, the rest you choose, provided no one else already has it. ⭐ A personalised licence plate costs a one-off fee — it comes from the operator's settings (currently €100), ⭐ is shown before your confirmation and then appears as a separate booking in your account statement. ⭐ An assigned licence plate costs nothing: anyone who does not choose one gets one assigned, likewise with the location code of their location. ⚠️ Not every country has location codes — where there are none, a licence plate is issued without one; none is invented. ⭐ In a company, the management decides whether an employee may choose for a new vehicle; otherwise it does so itself. ⛔ A used vehicle keeps its licence plate — no new one is issued in that case, and a licence plate is never issued twice.
2.6 ⭐⭐ Land is bought — and the purchase needs its appointment
⭐ As long as the operator has not switched on plots of land, there is no own yard in the game that you could buy.
⏳ From the day the operator switches on plots of land, the same applies to everyone — to the dealer as well as to your company or your own business:
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ Before the first own yard comes the qualifying drive (10.4). It is driven once and then applies permanently — also for a later founding. ⭐ If you only want to drive, you do not need it.
- ⛔ There is no lease and no rent for land. Land is bought, piece by piece, as you need it.
- ⭐ You see what a purchase costs beforehand — the land, the tax and the fees listed separately, plus the total. ⭐ You must expressly confirm every purchase, and ⛔ on confirming, nothing is added that was not shown before.
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ A purchase does not take effect immediately: there is a notary appointment. After the order, it appears with date and time in your business. ⛔ Until then, the land does not belong to you — it does not count towards your area, and you cannot build on it. ⭐ Until then, you can cancel the purchase, and then it costs nothing. ⭐ Only on the appointment is payment made and the transfer registered — in one single booking, and you will find a message about it in your inbox. ⭐ If you buy several plots at once, it is one appointment for the whole purchase.
- ⚠️⚠️ If your account does not cover the purchase price on the appointment, the appointment falls through. The purchase then does not take place, the land does not belong to you, and the purchase price is not debited — ⛔ the fee for the notary and the land register is nevertheless used up and is not refunded. The notary has done the work, whether the buyer can pay or not. ⭐ That this is so and what it costs you is stated in the confirmation prompt before the purchase.
- ⭐ Purchased land is not yet a finished yard. Whatever is to be built on it is, each on its own, a construction project with material, machines and construction time (2.4). ⭐ Which building blocks are open to you is shown in the app — ⛔ these terms do not list them, and what the dealer builds for its own business is not the same. ⚠️ An own vehicle needs its own, finished parking space; ⛔ one that has been ordered or is currently under construction does not count for this. Without a finished one, you drive with rental vehicles from the dealer.
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ Anyone who owns the land may build — the dealer, your company and your own business, and for all of them by the same rules. ⭐ In a company, the owner orders — or whoever the management has given the right to do so in their role (10.1); everyone who belongs to it can view the building kit and the construction sites. ⭐ Before the order, the whole sum is shown — the construction itself, the material, the machines and the labour —, ⚠️ and it is shown as a maximum amount: whatever you haul there yourself costs you nothing on top.
- ⭐ The labour and the equipment are shown as separate items — the working days your project needs, and the equipment for every day on which it is in use for it. ⭐ You see both before the order, and you will find both again afterwards in your account statement. ⚠️ These prices can change — they come from the operator's settings. ⏳ ⭐⭐ From the day the operator has set it up, the price for the labour is fixed with your order: ⭐ Whatever is changed about it afterwards no longer affects your ongoing project, and the estimate remains the maximum amount it is called. ⚠️ Until then, the following applies: ⭐ The calculation uses the price that applies when work is being done on your project, and not one that applied at some point. ⛔ These terms do not state an amount for this.
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ How many crews work on your project is what you choose when ordering — within what the operator allows. ⭐ What each choice means is shown in the app beforehand: roughly how long it will then take and what it costs. ⛔ These terms do not state a number for this.
- ⏳ ⭐ More crews do not make the labour more expensive. You pay for the working days your project needs — ⭐ the same working days, just spread over fewer calendar days. ⚠️ What the equipment costs, on the other hand, depends on how long it stays with you. ⭐ You pay for the work that is done: for each day and each crew that is on your project.
- ⏳ ⭐ If not enough crews are free at the moment, your project starts with the free ones, and the others follow as soon as some become free. ⭐ The total of working days stays the same — it just takes longer than the preview for the full number said. ⛔ If none at all is free, your project waits — then neither time nor money runs for it.
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ Crews are assigned in the order of the orders — ⛔ the dealer business does not get priority over you either, even though they are its people.
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ The builder is the dealer business. As soon as it has its own construction workers and its own equipment for this, it carries out the construction projects — yours as well as its own. ⭐ As long as it does not have them yet, it has an outside construction firm do the building; ⛔ for you, this changes nothing about the fact that building takes place, nor about what was in the estimate beforehand.
- ⏳ ⭐ Building is done in turn, in the order the orders come in. ⚠️ If a piece of equipment that your project needs is currently missing, another project can get its turn first — ⭐ you do not lose your place in the queue as a result. ⛔ These terms state neither a number for this nor the rule behind it.
- ⏳ ⭐ The dealer business procures the equipment for building itself — it buys it and has it collected. ⚠️ As long as a piece of equipment is missing, it may take longer until work is done on your project. ⭐ What the equipment for your project costs is shown, like every other item, in your estimate beforehand — ⛔ the fact that the dealer business first has to procure a piece of equipment at all costs you nothing on top.
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ A piece of equipment is not already where the building takes place — it has to be collected. The collection is posted as a job on the job board like any other (2.3), ⭐ and you can drive it yourself. ⚠️ If nobody accepts it and you have no vehicle for it, an outside firm can take it over — ⏳ ⭐ either on its own, or because you trigger it. ⚠️⚠️ The costs for this are borne by the business for which it is collected — that is, yours, and they appear as a separate booking in your account statement. ⭐ What the trip costs is shown before your confirmation. ⛔ These terms state neither a distance nor a rate per kilometre for this, and ⛔ whether it pays off for you is your own decision.
- ⏳ ⭐ Not everything is built at once. How many projects can be built at the same time is limited; the others wait and get their turn in order. ⭐ You can see at any time how far along yours is and how long it is expected to take. ⛔ These terms do not state a number for this.
- ⏳ ⚠️⚠️ The waiting time shown is an estimate and not a promise. ⏳ ⭐ It tells you how long it is expected to take until your project is finished — not just until work on it begins. It can change, and ⭐ sometimes it cannot be estimated at all — then the app tells you that too and would rather give no time at all than a wrong one. ⛔ There is no entitlement to a particular start of construction or a particular time of completion (§ 2, § 14).
- ⏳ ⚠️ You can cancel a project as long as building on it has not started yet. ⛔ There is no money back for this. ⭐ Material already delivered stays on the construction site and is not lost for the next construction; ⭐ rented machines are driven back.
- ⏳ You can also sell, in two ways. An undeveloped plot is taken off your hands by the outside world — ⭐ you see what it offers for it as an amount before you agree. ⭐ It also takes a developed plot off your hands, with everything that stands on it — ⚠️ what it offers for it is then something quite different, and you see that too as an amount before you agree. ⛔ You never have to agree. You can hand over a whole site with everything that stands on it to a player who is located in the same place. ⭐ You set the price yourself; the app tells you the value of your site and the minimum price as an amount. ⚠️ If you offer below it, the offer is rejected — with a message, and you can correct the price. ⏳ A sale also has its notary appointment.
- ⚠️ What you paid in tax and fees on the purchase, you do not get back on the sale — it is not part of the value of the plot. ⚠️ And a sale is refused as long as the parking spaces you would have left afterwards cannot hold your own vehicles — the message tells you how many vehicles are concerned.
- ⏳ ⭐ What has been built costs money on an ongoing basis. The buildings on your yard incur running costs — electricity, gas, maintenance —, just as they do for the dealer. ⭐ They depend on what you have built, and appear as separate bookings in your account statement. ⛔ These terms do not state a number for this.
- ⭐⭐ The first month is charged pro rata — for the costs of your business. If something that costs your business monthly starts in the middle of the month — running costs, a wage, the work on a construction project, an ongoing fee —, only the share of that first month that was still left is booked. ⭐ The share is stated in the booking reference of the booking. ⭐ From the second month on, it is the full amount. ⛔ There is no refund for months that were previously booked in full. ⚠️⚠️ This expressly does not apply to your private life. Apartment, mobile phone, broadcasting fee, electricity, insurance and the other fixed items of your life are charged in full in the first month too — ⛔ there is no share there. ⭐ This is intended and not an oversight: they are two different things, and what applies to your business does not apply to your cost of living.
- ⏳ ⭐ Every building block needs its space. What you want to build requires area — namely from the area you already own at this site. ⚠️ If it is not enough, the order is rejected, and you first buy additional land. ⭐ How much you still have free is shown in the app before you order. ⏳ ⭐ And if it is not enough, it tells you how much you are short — also for several building blocks together — ⭐ and what it would cost to buy that much additional land. ⛔ These terms do not state a number for this.
- ⏳ ⚠️ How much land a business can own is capped — and the cap is not the same for every type of business. ⭐ How far it goes for you is shown in the app before you buy. ⛔ There is no number here for this either. ⚠️ And the number of sites a business can hold is also limited — ⭐ the message tells you the number when you reach the limit.
⭐ What the land and what a construction cost depends on the location — at an expensive site, both are more expensive than at a cheap one. ⛔ These terms do not state a number for this; the prices are shown in the game before you buy.
2.7 ⭐⭐ When your company account slips into the minus — what the bank then does
⭐ A minus is allowed. The bank grants every company account a limit; as long as you stay within it, nothing further happens. ⚠️ Below that, it gets serious — in two separate ways: for what is built on your yard, and for vehicles that are pledged as security for a loan. ⭐ Both apply to your company just as they do to your own business.
① What is built on your yard
⏳ From the day the operator switches on plots of land (2.6), the following applies:
- ⚠️ The matter begins on the day your company account stands lower than the bank has granted you. ⛔ Not with every minus — only below this limit.
- ⭐⭐ From that day on, a date is shown in the app: the day on which the bank will start to realise assets. ⭐ It is shown there as long as the account stays below the limit, and it is stated in every letter you receive about it. ⛔ These terms do not state a period in days for this — what counts is the date the app shows you.
- ⏳ Before that, you get mail: first a factual letter from the bank with your status, then a reminder. ⭐ You will find both in your inbox, and both state the same date.
- ⭐⭐ If you balance the account by then, the matter is settled — the date disappears, and nothing is realised. ⭐ This also applies later: as soon as the account is within the limit again, the bank stops immediately, even in the middle of the sequence.
- ⚠️⚠️ After that, the bank realises what is built on your yard — ⭐ not everything at once, but one piece after another with intervals in between, until the account is covered again. ⭐ For each piece you receive a credit to your company account, at the value it still has at that point. ⚠️ That is less than it cost you.
- ⭐ You learn about every step — before and after: which piece would be next in line and what it brings in, and after each step, what was realised, what was credited and what your account looks like afterwards. ⛔ The rule by which the order is determined is not stated here — that is part of the game.
- ⚠️ A construction project that is not yet being built can be cancelled in the process. Then what applies to any cancellation of a construction site applies (2.6): ⛔ there is no money back for this — ⭐ material already delivered stays there, rented machines are driven back.
- ⛔ This route does not touch your vehicles. A parking space on which a vehicle stands is not realised either — ⭐ not even if the vehicle is currently on the road. For vehicles, only route ② below applies.
- ⚠️ If an office building is realised, the workplaces in it are lost. The staff who worked there can be dismissed without notice — without continued pay. ⭐ You are told by name who is affected. ⛔ This, too, is part of the game and does not establish any employment relationship (§ 2, § 10).
- ⚠️ And the letters tell you something else: anyone who stays in the minus permanently loses their account in the end. ⭐ Which clocks these are and how long they run is stated in § 13 — there and not here.
② A vehicle that is pledged as security for a loan
- ⭐ If you take out a loan for a vehicle, you pledge the vehicle as security. As long as the bank holds it, it can neither be sold nor returned (§ 12).
- ⚠️⚠️ If you fall behind with the instalments, the bank can terminate the loan. ⭐ Before that, you receive a reminder — with a deadline and with the amount with which you can avert it.
- ⚠️ After termination, the vehicle is realised: it goes to the dealer, and what it brings in is set off against your debt. ⭐ If anything is left over after that, it is credited to you; ⚠️ if it is not enough, the remainder stays open and continues to stand on your account. ⭐ From the realisation on, no further default interest accrues on it.
- ⛔ The same item is never realised twice: this route affects a vehicle, what is built on your yard is affected by route ① — ⛔ never both the same item.
§ 3 Free of charge, without third-party advertising, without a purchase option
The app and the server are free of charge. There is no paid version, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no donation function. No money is asked for and none is accepted.
⭐ There is no third-party advertising — no advertising network, no tracking pixel, no passing on of your data to advertisers, no paid ads from anyone.
But it also follows from this: there is no paid operation and therefore no guaranteed availability (see § 14).
3.1 ⭐ What notices the app may show
The operator may display its own notice in the app — a short text that points to the app itself, to its own website or to something new in it, so that other drivers can find it. Nothing more may appear there:
- ⭐ Only notices from the operator about its own project. ⛔ No ads from other companies, no paid placements, no partner offers. Third-party advertising would only exist if you expressly agreed to it beforehand — nobody is asked today, because there is none.
- ⛔ Nothing about you is recorded for this. It is not counted how often a notice has appeared, it is not measured whether you have seen or clicked it, and no advertising profile is created. ⛔ There is no advertising partner to whom anything could be passed on.
- ⭐ You can switch it off. In the app, the notice can be switched off, and its text can be changed. It is recognisable as what it is, and it costs nothing.
- ⏳ The notice is provided for — none is currently shown. It is switched off at the moment. ⭐ What actually appears right now, you see in the app; this text only says what is allowed at all.
§ 4 ⭐ The game does not belong to us
Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator are games by SCS Software s.r.o. The app Dispolotse is an independent, private project and has nothing to do with SCS Software: it is not from SCS Software, not coordinated with SCS Software, not reviewed by SCS Software and is not supported by SCS Software. The same applies to TruckersMP and to every other modification.
Every driver must own the game themselves. For the game, only the terms of its manufacturer apply — these terms here apply only to the app and the server.
§ 5 Who may take part
- Anyone using the app must be at least 16 years old.
- Every person has one account. Second accounts are not allowed — neither to run two firms nor to drive twice in the same company.
- When creating the account, a real, reachable e-mail address is needed. It is confirmed; otherwise no account is created.
- An account belongs to exactly one person. It is not passed on, not shared, not sold and not lent.
§ 6 The account, the password and the devices
The password must be kept secret. If it is passed on to someone or left lying around openly, that is the responsibility of the person who owns the account.
An account may be logged in on several devices — on the PC, ⏳ via the driver area in the browser also on a mobile phone and a tablet (§ 1). Each login can be logged out individually in the app — ⏳ likewise in the driver area. If you suspect that someone else has access: change the password and log out the unknown devices.
⏳ ⭐⭐ Being logged in and using at the same time are two different things. Several devices may stay logged in; fewer may work at the same time: one drives, the others watch. ⭐ The watching device shows the same data, just a little later — ⛔ it reports nothing and drives nothing. ⭐ A browser in which you are logged in counts as a device — and it is always a watching one. ⚠️ If one too many is added, the app — in the browser, the page — asks you beforehand, and only if you agree is another one logged out — ⭐ the one on which nothing has happened for the longest time. ⛔⛔ You are never locked out in the process: ⭐ you can always log in, on any device. ⛔ These terms state neither a number nor a time span for this — ⭐ how many devices are possible at the same time, the app tells you, and it asks you before it logs anything out.
⭐ Expressly log out the unknown devices when doing so. The list of devices is the place where you really throw out an unknown login — ⛔ today, a new password does not yet do that.
⏳ From the day the app can do this, exactly that changes: if you change your password, all other logged-in devices are logged out — only the one you are currently using stays logged in. ⚠️⚠️ It is different with the "Forgot password" („Passwort vergessen") route: if you reset your password via the link in the browser, all logged-in devices are logged out — ⭐ including the one you are currently using. ⚠️ This is intentional: anyone who takes this route currently cannot get into their account, and then a device that stays logged in is, in case of doubt, the other person's. ⚠️ The side effect is part of it: afterwards you have to log in again on your other devices. ⭐ Until then, the sentence above applies — check the device list.
⏳ ⚠️⚠️ From the day the app does this, a running tour ends when you log out. If you log out of your account — for example to continue driving on the same computer with another account —, a tour that is currently running is deleted. ⭐ The app warns you beforehand. ⛔ There is no money for a tour deleted in this way, and what you have driven up to then does not count. ⭐ If you want to keep it, deliver it before you log out.
⏳ ⚠️ A tour deleted in this way counts as a cancellation — with the cancellation costs that also apply to any other cancellation (2.1). ⭐ The app tells you the amount before you log out, together with the notice about the running tour: ⭐ you should know what the decision costs before you make it. ⛔ These terms do not state it again at this point — what counts is what this confirmation prompt tells you, and what 2.1 provides on this.
⭐ How long a login is valid depends on the device — the more open the device is to others, the shorter: ⏳ in the Windows app currently 90 days, on a mobile phone 30 days, in the browser 7 days. ⭐ These numbers come from the operator's settings and can change; ⭐ what currently applies, you see in the app under your devices. After that, you simply log in again — nothing is lost in the process.
⏳ The key to your login is stored on your computer — from the day the app can do this, encrypted there and bound to your Windows user account. ⭐ Anyone who copies the file and takes it elsewhere cannot do anything with it. ⛔ Your password is never stored there.
⏳ ⚠️ From the day the operator switches on the block against abuse, you may be hit by a block that is not aimed at you, but at your connection. If, from your network address, logins, registrations or applications are obviously made en masse within a short time, this address is blocked for a few days — not your account. ⭐ If you share the connection with others, you can be caught through no fault of your own: then write to the operator, who can lift the block. ⭐ It expires by itself anyway. ⛔ After how many attempts a block occurs is not stated here — otherwise the block would be worthless. What is stored in the process and for how long is stated in the privacy notice, section 2a.
⭐⭐ Your account also protects itself. If a wrong password is entered too often in a row, or too many attempts are made to change your e-mail address, set your password or delete your account, ⭐ exactly these routes are closed for a while — ⛔ and only they. ⛔⛔ Neither logging in nor driving is blocked by this. ⭐ You receive a message about it in your inbox — ⭐ so that you notice when someone tries it on you. ⭐ The block expires by itself, and you do not have to write to anyone for this. ⛔ After how many attempts it takes effect and how long it lasts is not stated here — for the same reason as above.
⏳ ⭐⭐ In the driver area in the browser, two more locks apply (privacy notice, section 4c):
- ⭐ If you log in in a browser that the server does not yet know for your account, you additionally need a code that you receive by e-mail — ⭐ or you confirm the login in your Windows app. ⭐ A browser in which this has worked is recognised by the server again for a while afterwards; ⚠️ after a new password, it no longer recognises any. ⚠️ If you cannot access your registered address and do not have the app at hand, you cannot get in in a new browser — ⭐ you can in the app and in a browser that is already logged in. ⚠️ Too many wrong codes close this one route for a while; ⛔ the app is not affected by this.
- ⭐ Before you transfer money there, set up a standing order, change your e-mail address or your password, or delete your account, the page asks for your password once more. ⭐ The confirmation then applies for a short time. ⛔ This changes nothing in the app.
⏳ ⭐⭐ When creating an account, you do not find out whether an account already exists for an address. From the day the operator switches this on, the answer is the same whether the address was still free or not: you are asked to look in your mailbox. ⭐ If the account already exists, you receive a notice there instead of a new account. ⚠️ This is intentional: ⛔ otherwise this app could be used as an information service about who has an account here — and that is none of the business of anyone who has merely typed in the address.
⏳ Forgot password: from the day the app offers a route for this, it sends you, on request, a link to your registered e-mail address. It is valid only for a short time and only once, and becomes invalid as soon as a new password has been set.
⭐⭐ The link leads to a page of this provider in your browser. There you enter your new password — twice, for safety — and then log in with it in the app. ⛔ You no longer type in a code in the app for this. ⭐ If you set a new password this way, all logged-in devices are logged out; you log in again everywhere. ⛔ The page shows neither your name nor your e-mail address, and ⛔ it does not say why a link is no longer valid either. ⚠️ This is intentional, for the same reason as above: ⛔ otherwise it could be used to check whether an account exists for an address. ⭐ Merely looking at the page does not use up the link — the preview of some e-mail programs opens links by themselves. ⚠️ The page needs JavaScript in your browser; without it you see the fields, but the button does nothing.
⚠️ If you can no longer access your registered address, you can no longer access your account either — your password is not stored anywhere in plain text and cannot be read out by the operator either. ⭐ As long as this route does not exist in the app, contact the operator; they can only help you if you write from your registered address.
The display name may be chosen freely. Not allowed are names that insult, deceive others (such as the name of another driver or an imitation of the operator), infringe the rights of third parties or break laws.
⭐⭐ Every display name exists only once. If another account already uses it, you cannot take it — ⭐ when creating your account as well as later when changing it. ⭐ The app then tells you that the name is taken; ⛔ it does not tell you by whom — that would be information about another person. ⭐ Upper and lower case do not matter here, and neither does whether you write out an umlaut.
⏳ ⭐ You can change your display name as soon as the app has a field for it. ⭐ Your previous name thereby becomes free again and is open to anyone else. ⭐ The same applies if you delete your account. ⛔ This does not create any entitlement to get a particular name or to have it reserved.
6.1 ⭐⭐ Your profile — what others see of you, and what you decide yourself
⏳ From the day the app can do this, the following applies:
- ⭐⭐ For every item in your profile, you decide yourself who may see it — name, pictures, vehicle, your figures, your tachograph, your employment, country and language, your joining date. Three levels are available: public („öffentlich") (every signed-in driver), my company only („nur meine Spedition") or private („privat") (only you yourself).
- ⭐ Almost everything is set to "public" when you sign up. ⭐ Which truck you drive and who employs you, on the other hand, start at "my company only". ⭐ You can set any item to any of the three levels at any time in your settings — each one separately. ⭐⭐ Until 8 September 2026 it said here that everything starts at "public" — ⭐ this is stated here and not changed silently.
- ⭐⭐ Where you set this: in your profile. There, each item shows which level it is currently at, and that is where you change it. ⛔ The levels are not shown on the page "My data" („Meine Daten") (12.2) — that page shows what is stored and how long it is kept.
- ⏳ ⭐ If a website is added later, it reads exactly this setting. ⛔ No further switch is added for it, and ⛔ what you have set to "private" does not appear there either.
- ⛔⛔ Three things have no setting — and that is intentional: ⭐ your money (account, wages, loan, bonuses) is seen only by those who need to see it anyway — you yourself, the management of your company and the operator; ⭐ your fines, inspection reports and your holidays stay with the management of your company, because it works with them; ⭐ your dot on the shared map together with the name on it is always visible while you drive (privacy notice, section 6).
- ⭐ The management of your company continues to see what it needs for its work — even if you set an item to "private". ⛔ Otherwise nobody could do the accounts and nobody could assign work any more. ⭐ The levels work against outside drivers, not against your own management.
- ⭐ For a company's details, its management decides the same — name, logo, motto, headquarters, member list, figures. ⛔ Its money is likewise excluded from this.
- ⏳ ⭐ This also applies to the public list of companies (10.6): If a company's name is set to "private", it does not appear there; if its figures are set to "private", the list shows only its name and its presentation text.
§ 7 What the app does on the computer
While you play, the app reads the data that Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator itself provides via an interface — position, speed, mileage, vehicle, cargo, refuelling, fines, tolls, ferries. From this it builds messages and sends them to the server. ⭐ Only in learning mode — which exists for every driver so that data can be collected for it — does it additionally send events of the drive for evaluation, ⛔ and only if you said Yes to the app's question at the first start after installing or after an update (or confirmed it later when switching it on) and the switch in the settings is on (it is set to "on" („an") from the start). ⭐ If you said No at the first start, you can switch on learning mode later in the settings; the app then asks once more for confirmation. ⭐ You can switch it on and off there at any time; you receive a message about every switching on and off, and after currently 14 days the events are deleted (privacy notice, section 5c).
⭐ It also reads which mods („Mods") are currently active in your game — for this it looks into the files in which the game itself keeps this list, and for components from the Steam Workshop additionally into their description file in the Workshop folder. Nothing more: no personal files, no inputs, no list of your other programs.
⭐ From the same files it also reads which map extensions your game includes, and reports their names along with it. ⭐ What this is good for is stated in 2.3 — so that you are only offered jobs that you can actually drive. ⛔ This is not proof of purchase, and ⛔ the app does not get access to your account with the game's provider in doing so. What of this is stored is stated in the privacy notice, section 5.
⏳ From the day the shared map exists (privacy notice, section 6), one thing is added — and that too only if you want to see it: So that the map shows the same roads as your game, the app reads the map data of your own game installation and draws an image from it on your computer. ⭐ It only does this when you open the map for the first time, tells you that it is currently calculating, and does not do it again afterwards — until something changes in your mods. ⛔ Nothing from these files leaves your computer.
⏳ The same map can also be public on the app's website — then it is also seen by people who have no account. ⛔ In public, no dot carries a name, neither yours nor that of your company. ⭐ What can be seen of you in this case is stated in the privacy notice, section 6 — and the fact that the dot itself is visible is part of the game and cannot be switched off.
⭐ It asks the computer one single question: Is the game running right now? It only asks it when it is to change a file of the game (7.1), and it asks about exactly this one program — the one it found during setup. ⛔ Whatever else is running on your computer, it does not see, does not store and does not send anywhere.
⭐ It does read one file — the one you give it yourself: the picture you select for uploading (9.1), ⭐ and likewise the picture you attach to a message to the operator (9.2). ⛔ It does not search for any, it does not look into any folder and takes nothing that you have not shown it.
⭐ So that a started tour survives a change of save game (2.2), the app also remembers how your save game can be recognised: by the licence plate of your truck, by the mileage and by make and model. These details go to the server together with the paused tour. ⛔ Your game profile itself is not read — what can be recognised is the save game, not the person behind it. What is stored in the process is stated in the privacy notice.
On your computer, the app stores your settings, the key of your sign-in and a buffer for drives that have not yet reached the server. What exactly this is and why it has to be stored there is stated in the privacy notice.
⭐⭐ This buffer is tied to the account under which something was created. If several accounts sign in one after another on the same computer, each entry stays with its own account: ⛔ It is not sent out under another account and is not credited to anyone else. ⭐ It waits until its own account signs in again — ⛔ when signing out, only what belongs to the account that is signing out is cleared away. Details are given in the privacy notice, section 4a.
⏳ One thing it will notice later and tell you: that you are standing still. From the day the app can do this, it notices from the same game data that your truck has been standing for a longer time while the engine is running, and points this out to you. ⚠️ If you then neither drive on nor switch off the engine, this standing time does not count as working time and is not paid — it is deducted from the drive. ⭐ Your tour is not aborted by this, and there is no penalty for it. ⭐ If you switch off the engine, it is a break and everything is fine. ⛔⛔ The app does not interfere with your game in doing so: It does not press any key, writes nothing into the running game and does not play for you. ⚠️ There is one thing it can do in your name — but only if you switch it on yourself: a short chat message in multiplayer. ⭐ What exactly this is, is stated in 7.3. ⛔ Without this switch, nothing goes to other players or to third parties in your name. ⛔ From when "a longer time" begins, the app tells you itself — these terms give no number for it, because it comes from the operator's settings.
What exactly is sent is likewise stated in the privacy notice. Anyone who does not want this does not use the app — without these messages there is nothing to calculate.
7.1 ⭐⭐ What the app changes in your game — and only on your word
⭐ Today the app changes nothing in your game. It reads along, it calculates, nothing more.
⏳ From the day it can place jobs from the freight exchange into your save game, this changes — and only as follows:
- ⭐⭐ Nothing happens by itself. The app only writes when you expressly request it. ⛔ No silent writing, no "it already took care of that in the background".
- ⭐⭐ Beforehand it creates a backup of your save game and tells you where it is; in the app there is a button that restores it. ⚠️ It does not replace the backup that the game itself creates.
- ⭐ Jobs are written — and nothing else. ⛔ Nothing about your money in the game, nothing about your vehicles in the game and nothing about your progress in it. ⛔⛔ The location of your rig is not touched either: The app does not move your vehicle and does not place it anywhere.
- ⭐⭐ Where the job is placed — and what may have to make way: At the company where the tour starts, the app takes a free slot. ⚠️ If none is free there, it replaces one of the offers on display there — ⭐ first one whose deadline has already expired, otherwise the one with the shortest remaining time. ⭐ The game re-rolls its offers by itself, and the app tells you afterwards which one it replaced. ⛔⛔ It never touches a job that you have accepted and that is currently running. ⭐ And it creates the backup mentioned above beforehand for this every time as well.
- ⛔ It does not write into a profile that is stored in the Steam Cloud. If it finds one, it tells you so and keeps its hands off it — the cloud would restore your save game anyway, and your tour would be gone. ⭐ This is recognised solely by where the files are located. ⛔ The app has no access to your Steam account, it does not sign in there and does not query anything there.
- ⭐ It changes one setting of the game — on your click, and only this one line. So that jobs arrive in your save game, the game's save format must be switched over. If it is already set correctly, nothing at all happens and you see no message; otherwise the app shows a card and does it on a click: a backup of the settings file next to it, exactly the one line changed, everything else character for character as before, after that it reads back and tells you the result. ⚠️ Only when the game is closed — the game writes its settings back when it closes and would otherwise overwrite the change again; that is why the app checks beforehand whether it is running. ⭐ You can also do it yourself — the app shows you which line it is.
- ⛔ It does not create profiles, does not change profile settings and never closes your game by itself.
- ⛔ Your save game file does not leave your computer — it is read there and written there. What goes to the server is stated in the privacy notice.
- ⚠️ Honesty about this belongs here: Editing save games is neither intended nor supported by the game's manufacturer (§ 4). A new version of the game can make this path unusable from one day to the next. ⭐ Then a convenience is missing — your tours and your figures remain. There is no entitlement to this path working (§ 14, § 15).
- ⚠️ If you play in multiplayer, its own rules apply there — they are set by the operator of that service, not by us. ⛔ The app never deploys a rig that would not be permitted there.
7.2 ⭐⭐ Before you accept a tour: own vehicle or rental vehicle
⭐ Before you accept, the app tells you what you will drive this tour with. For every job it shows where your own truck and your own trailer are currently located, and whether they are at the starting point of this tour.
- ⭐⭐ If they are there, you drive with your own vehicles.
- ⚠️⚠️ If they are somewhere else, you drive this tour in a rental vehicle — with rental costs. ⭐ This is shown on the screen before you accept, together with the place where your own vehicle is located — ⛔ not only afterwards in the settlement. ⭐ What else applies to rental vehicles is stated in 2.5.
- ⭐⭐ You decide, and nobody decides for you: You take the tour as it is, or you look for another one and first drive to where your vehicle is.
- ⛔⛔ The app does not move your vehicle. It does not place it anywhere, it does not drive it by itself, and it does not change its location in your save game (7.1).
- ⚠️ This preview calculates with what your game last reported. ⭐ What is binding is what was actually driven and settled in the end; there is no entitlement to the preview being accurate in every case (§ 14, § 15).
What goes to the server for this is stated in the privacy notice, section 5 — ⛔ it is nothing that you do not report anyway on every drive.
7.3 ⭐⭐ The presence message in multiplayer — only if you switch it on yourself
⏳ From the day the app can do this, you will find a switch in its settings. If it is on, the app sends a short chat message in your name in multiplayer at a fixed interval — so that it remains recognisable that you are there, and the multiplayer service does not disconnect you because of longer inactivity.
- ⭐⭐ Nothing happens by itself. ⛔ For a new account, this switch is off. Only your own click switches it on, and ⭐ you can switch it off again at any time — immediately, without giving a reason, without losing anything as a result.
- ⭐ You also decide when it is sent: while standing, while driving or in both situations. ⭐ Both are intended; you remove what you do not want.
- ⭐ Only in one place: The message goes out exclusively via TruckersMP, and there too only while you are really at the wheel in the game. ⛔ In the menu, with the game paused and without this multiplayer service, nothing happens. ⭐ Whether the app's window is open, minimised or on a second screen at the time makes no difference.
- ⏳ ⭐ And one consideration, as soon as the app can take it: Anyone who drives without a steering wheel and without a gamepad steers with the same keyboard that the chat also uses. ⭐ The app then sends only while standing — even if you have chosen "while driving" („während der Fahrt") — and tells you so in the same place, instead of doing it silently.
- ⭐⭐ You see the text beforehand, and you may change it. ⭐ If you enter your own, yours applies; without your own text, the one specified by the operator applies. ⭐ The specified text may name this app and its address on the web — that is a reference to its own cause and permitted under 3.1. ⛔ Third-party advertising never appears in it, neither in the specified text nor in your own. ⛔ And a clickable link is not accepted, nor is a text over more than one line; the app then tells you what the reason was. ⭐ How many characters it may have at most is shown by the input field.
- ⭐ How often it is sent is determined by the operator — it comes at a fixed interval of a few minutes and not more often. ⛔ These terms give no number for it, because it comes from the operator's settings and can change.
- ⭐ The operator can switch the feature off for everyone. Then nothing happens, even if your switch is on — ⭐ and the app tells you so, instead of pretending it is running.
- ⛔ Otherwise the app still does not interfere with your game: It does not press any key, it does not drive for you, and it does not send anything that you have not switched on yourself.
⚠️⚠️ And honesty about this belongs here, because it is your own account with a third-party service: Whether a recurring chat message is welcome there is decided not by the operator of this app, but by the operator of that multiplayer service (§ 4, 7.1). ⭐ Its rules are known only to those who read them themselves — they are stated there, they can change there, and this text can neither reproduce them nor interpret them for you. ⛔ That is why this text claims neither the one nor the other. ⭐ It does not tell you how that service views the matter — that is in its own rules, and you read them there. ⭐⭐ What is stated here is your decision: You switch it on, you know the rules of the service you use, and you can switch it off again at any time. ⚠️ The operator of this app is not liable for measures taken by that service against your account there (§ 14).
⭐ What the server learns about this is stated in the privacy notice, section 7c — in short: your switch, your own text and two daily figures. ⛔ Not a single word from the game's chat.
7.4 ⏳ ⭐⭐ Your Discord status — only if you switch it on
⏳ From the app version that can do this, the app can show in your own Discord profile what you are currently driving: "Playing Dispolotse" („Spielt Dispolotse"), start and destination city, cargo and weight.
- ⭐⭐ The switch is off until you switch it on yourself — on each computer separately. ⭐ Switching it off is possible at any time; the status then disappears immediately.
- ⭐ The app passes the details on to the Discord app on your computer. ⛔ Nothing runs via the server in the process, and the operator does not learn whether you have the switch on.
- ⛔ Money, your licence plate, the name of your company and your position never appear there.
- ⚠️ Who sees your status is determined by your settings in Discord, and Discord's own terms apply to Discord.
- ⛔ There is no entitlement to this always working — Discord can change its interface at any time (§ 14).
Details are given in the privacy notice, section 7f.
7.5 ⏳ ⭐ Standard, Race ("Renn") and accidents — measured, not penalised
- ⏳ For each tour, the app measures how many kilometres and how much time you drove up to a fixed limit and above it — above a fixed speed limit that the app measures itself. Up to the limit this is called "Standard", above it "Race".
- ⏳ For each tour it counts the accidents — light and severe separately; each accident counts exactly once.
- ⛔⛔ Nothing follows from either against you: no penalty, no deduction, no fine. Fines continue to arise only from what the game itself reports. ⚠️ Should a feature of the game ever use these figures, these terms will change at the same time (§ 15).
- ⭐ Who sees these figures is stated in the privacy notice, sections 5, 6, 6b and 6c.
§ 8 Driving fairly — what is not allowed
This app depends on the figures having really been driven. Therefore the following is not allowed:
- Fake messages: generating kilometres, tours, refuelling or costs without really having driven them — for example through a modified game, third-party programs, save game changes, paused time, money editors or jobs that do not exist in this form in the game.
- Automation: scripts or programs that drive for you, generate messages or query the server in rapid succession.
- Exploiting bugs: Anyone who finds a bug that gives them an advantage reports it and does not continue to exploit it.
- Attacking the server: mass queries, load tests, circumventing limits and blocks, attempting to gain access to other people's accounts.
⭐ Reporting a bug is never a disadvantage. Exploiting it silently is.
⏳ ⭐⭐ A mod that multiplies your game money is not forbidden to you — it just has no effect here. If such a program is running during a tour, the revenue of this tour is not calculated from the amount the game shows, but based on the kilometres driven. ⭐ You receive a notice about this — in the settlement of this tour and as a message in your inbox, so that you do not have to puzzle over why it was less. ⛔⛔ This is not a penalty: The tour counts, it is not rejected, your account is not blocked, and nothing about it is entered in your record. ⭐ If you drive without such a program, nothing changes for you at all. ⛔ These terms state neither a rate per kilometre nor how such a program is detected — ⭐ and the message does not state it either, because anyone who knows the detection gets around it.
§ 9 ⭐ Messages between drivers
Drivers can write messages to one another — individually and in a company's conversations.
- The tone stays decent. Insults, threats, incitement, sexual content, advertising and passing on other people's personal data have no place here.
- What is said is said. A message that has been sent can no longer be changed or deleted. The management of a company can hide a message — then it remains visible that something was removed, but no longer what it said. ⭐ After currently three days, the server deletes every message by itself (privacy notice, section 7).
- ⭐ Anyone who bothers you can be blocked by you in the chat — their messages then no longer reach you until you unblock them again.
- Anyone who misbehaves can be excluded from the chat or blocked (§ 11).
- Anyone who is harassed contacts the operator. The address is in the legal notice (Impressum).
9.1 ⭐⭐ Pictures you upload — logo, coat of arms and driver picture
A company can store a logo and a coat of arms, every driver a picture of themselves and their truck. All of this is voluntary; nothing is missing without a picture.
- ⭐⭐ Anyone who uploads a picture is liable for it. By doing so you confirm that you may use it — that it belongs to you or you have permission and no rights of others are attached to it. The owner of a company is liable for its name, logo and coat of arms.
- ⛔ No other people without their consent. Anyone who can be recognised in a picture must agree to it. ⛔ Equally, the following may not be uploaded: third-party brands and marks, posing as a real company, insulting, violence-glorifying, sexual or seditious pictures, pictures intended to deceive others, and pictures showing other people's personal data.
- ⭐ The operator may block any picture — stating the reason, and if necessary without prior warning. A blocked picture is no longer seen by anyone; account and company remain. In the case of serious or repeated violations, § 11 applies.
- ⏳ ⭐⭐ A picture is first reviewed and then displayed. What you upload is at first seen by nobody except you — not even your company. The app states that it is under review. ⭐ Only once the operator — or a person designated by them for this — has accepted it is it displayed. ⭐ Your previous picture remains visible until then, so nothing disappears while you wait.
- ⏳ ⚠️⚠️ If it is not accepted, you receive a message with the reason — and the file is deleted, not merely hidden. ⭐ You can then upload a different one. ⛔ There is no entitlement to a picture being accepted (§ 2).
- ⏳ ⭐ The operator can also switch off this prior review; pictures are then displayed immediately. ⭐ The app tells you what currently applies. ⛔ The operator's right to block a picture later remains in any case (bullet point above).
- ⏳ ⭐ You decide who sees it — with the three levels from 6.1: public, my company only or private. ⭐ When you sign up, it is set to "public". A company's logo and coat of arms are there for advertising and are therefore visible to everyone.
- ⏳ ⭐ You can replace or remove your picture at any time. There is one picture of you and one picture of your truck, plus one logo and one coat of arms per company; a new one replaces the old one as soon as it is accepted.
- ⚠️ What you upload is redrawn and stored smaller — your file itself is not passed on. What is stored in the process and what is lost in the process is stated in the privacy notice.
9.2 ⭐⭐ What you write to the operator — a question, a wish, a bug, and a screenshot with it
⏳ From the day on which the app has its own way to do this, you can write to the operator from it — ⏳ ⭐ likewise from the driver area in the browser ("Report a bug" („Fehler melden")) —: a question, a wish or a bug, with your text and — if you like — a screenshot. ⭐ Every point of this list applies to the driver area in the same way; what is added there is in the last point.
- ⭐⭐ The image is voluntary. It also works without an image; the report is not rejected because of that. ⭐ It is only sent along if you attach it — the app does not take any pictures on its own and does not look for a file.
- ⭐⭐ The app itself does not capture any image at all — ⛔ neither of your screen, nor of your game, nor of its own window. ⭐ An image is only sent along because you choose an image file for it — you take the screenshot yourself, and in doing so you decide what can be seen on it.
- ⚠️⚠️ Look at the image before you send it. ⛔ No passwords and login credentials, no e-mail addresses and no names of other people who have nothing to do with it. ⭐ The same applies as in 9.1: Whoever uploads something is liable for it.
- ⭐ In addition, it is sent along which version of the app and which version of the game you are using and which map state you have loaded. ⭐ Without these three details a bug often cannot be found — that is why they are sent automatically.
- ⭐ Where it goes: to the operator's inbox, so that he can reply and fix the bug. ⛔ To no third party.
- ⭐ You can withdraw a report at any time (in the app; ⏳ in the driver area from the day on which it can do so), then the text and image disappear. ⏳ Otherwise it remains until the operator has ticked it off as done, and after that for another 90 days — more details in the privacy notice, section 7b. ⭐ As long as it is open, it is not deleted. ⭐⭐ And if you delete your account, the report and image disappear with it (§ 12).
- ⚠️ No claim to a reply or to a particular change arises from this (§ 2, § 14). ⭐ Reported bugs are looked at — in which order and whether they are fixed is decided by the operator.
- ⭐ Whoever misuses this channel — with flooding, advertising or prohibited images —, can be excluded from it (§ 11).
- ⏳ ⭐ From the driver area in the browser, two things are added: ⭐ below your text there is a line with the page you were on — you see it in your own list —, and ⭐ an image is already reduced in size on your device; ⭐ location, time and camera data of a mobile phone photo are not sent along in the process. ⛔ The page itself does not capture any image either — ⚠️ if your phone offers you to take a photo while choosing, it is your photo (privacy notice, section 7b).
§ 10 Companies: owners and drivers
Whoever founds a company becomes its owner. He hires drivers, sets rules and remuneration and can part ways with drivers. This is part of the game and does not create an employment relationship — no employment, no wages, no claims of any kind.
An owner sees the drives, costs and settlements of his drivers, insofar as they belong to the operation of the company. Whoever signs on with a company knows this and agrees to it.
⭐ And the members among each other: Whoever drives in a company, their driven kilometres, tours, cargo and times go into the shared figures of this company, which every member can view. If the management switches it on, there is additionally an internal leaderboard in which the drivers stand side by side with their display name. ⭐ Drivers of other companies see none of this. More details are in the privacy notice.
⏳ And from the day on which every vehicle has a location (2.5), everyone who is authorised to do so in the company — including employees — sees in the vehicle overview where the company's vehicles are located. ⭐ This is part of the work of a company: Whoever is supposed to assign work must know where the truck is.
An owner can not delete his own account as long as his company still has drivers. He must first hand it over or dissolve the company.
10.1 ⭐⭐ Employees, roles and wages — all in the game
A company can engage drivers in two ways, and it decides which it accepts:
- As a subcontractor — you drive with your own or a rented vehicle, bear your costs yourself and invoice the company.
- As an employee — the company bears the costs and pays you a wage: a fixed amount per month and an amount per kilometre driven.
⭐ The management builds its roles itself: names, order, promotion after days, tours or kilometres, rights and wages. Which role you have and what it means, you see in the app. ⭐ A promotion happens automatically or by hand; demotion happens only by hand.
⭐ There is a minimum wage. A company cannot save a wage model that is below it; an existing one is raised to it at settlement. It comes from the operator's settings (currently 1,759.13 € per month and 0.20 € per kilometre driven). ⭐ What currently applies, the app tells you when a wage is entered — it is the binding information, not the figure in this text. There is no upper limit.
⭐ For a wage, too: the first month is calculated pro rata — whoever starts in the middle of the month receives for this month the share that was still remaining of it, and from the second month the full amount (2.6). ⭐ The payment reference of the booking tells you.
⏳ ⭐⭐ Whoever drives on their own account without a company pays two monthly contributions for it: one for the employers' liability insurance association (Berufsgenossenschaft) and one for carrier's liability. ⭐ They are booked automatically and appear under their own heading in your account statement, so that you do not have to search for them. ⭐ Here, too, the first month is calculated pro rata (2.6), and ⛔ nothing is refunded that was already booked in full beforehand. ⛔ These terms do not name an amount for it — it comes from the operator's settings and can change; ⭐ what was charged is in your account statement. ⚠️ This, too, is game money (§ 2): ⛔ There is no insurance, nothing is reported to a Berufsgenossenschaft, and in the event of damage nobody is liable.
⭐ You can switch: employee and subcontractor are one application away from each other. The company grants it or not; it takes effect on the next first of the month. ⚠️ Whoever switches to subcontractor returns the vehicle and trailer to the company.
⭐ You can apply to several companies at the same time — ⚠️ how many applications may be open at the same time is limited. ⭐ How many you still have left, the app tells you; if the limit is reached, first withdraw an application. ⛔ These terms do not name a number for it, because it comes from the operator's settings and can change. ⭐ A company can also decide for itself how many applications it wants to have open at the same time; if there are too many for it, it does not accept any further ones for the time being.
⭐ An application remains open until you withdraw it or a company accepts you. ⚠️ If one accepts you, the others lapse — they are thereby settled, and the other companies receive a message about it. ⭐ This is not a rejection of you: You can apply again later when you are free again.
⭐ Anyone can part ways — and it takes effect immediately: You can leave at any time (12.1), and the company can part ways with you at any time. ⭐⭐ Both apply at the moment at which it happens — ⛔ no notice period runs, and there is no waiting time. ⭐⭐ Until 8 September 2026 a notice period of 14 days was stated here — ⭐ this is said here and not changed silently.
⭐⭐ And both sides say why: ⭐ Whoever leaves gives a reason (next paragraph), and ⭐ whoever removes someone from their company likewise gives a reason. ⛔ Without a reason it works in neither direction. ⭐ The person concerned reads it in their inbox. ⛔⛔ There is no objection against it — ⛔ neither against the leaving nor against the parting, and neither in the app nor with the operator.
⭐ What remains yours: your account, your figures and your career (12.1). ⭐ What you are still owed from your time there does not lapse in the process — it comes with the settlement. ⭐ Vehicles of the company go back to it.
⚠️ The owner is exempt from this: ⛔ He cannot resign from his own company, and he cannot be dismissed there either (12.1).
⚠️ What is meant here is the membership of drivers in a company. ⛔ Not meant are the fictional characters who work for a company or for the dealer (2.4) — ⭐ their own periods apply to them, and ⛔ these terms do not name a number for them.
⛔ All of this is part of the game and still does not create an employment relationship (§ 2 and § 10): no wages in real money, no action for protection against dismissal, no claims of any kind.
⚠️ Whoever leaves says why. If you leave a company, ⭐ the app demands a reason in your own words — without it, it does not work. ⭐ It goes to the management of this company and stays with it, like the other details of your personnel file (privacy notice, section 6a). ⚠️ Do not write anything in it that is nobody's business — ⛔ no other people's names, no login credentials, nothing about other people. ⭐ One factual sentence is enough, and ⛔ there is no requirement as to what it must contain.
⭐⭐ And the other way round just the same: If the company parts ways with you, ⭐ its reason is in the message you receive about it — written by the person who did it. ⚠️ The same limits apply to it as to your own reason: ⛔ no other people's names, no login credentials, nothing about other people.
⭐ What your company keeps on you in the process — a personnel file with your drives, figures, test reports, holidays and notes — is set out in the privacy notice.
10.2 ⭐ The driving test
A company may initially let new drivers drive as trainees and make promotion to driver dependent on a driving test. Whether it exists at all is decided by the company.
- Automatically: Your first tours as a trainee are looked at — how you drove, whether cargo or vehicle were damaged, whether you were on time. From this a test report is created.
- With a human: The HR department arranges date and meeting point, you drive together, and it decides afterwards. That you really were on the road together is recognised by the server from the driving data — same city, same time.
- ⭐ You get to see the result, and the test report is kept in your personnel file. ⛔ How it is calculated and weighted is not stated here — that is part of the game.
- ⚠️ Failed means: you remain a trainee. There is no claim to a rank, a role or a particular remuneration (§ 2).
⏳ From the day on which the qualifying drive (10.4) is also available here, the company decides for itself how it handles it — and it tells you beforehand:
- ⭐ Automatically or by hand: The company can leave the test to the app (then a qualifying drive under 10.4 counts) or conduct it itself and then assign the role by hand. ⭐ Both are allowed.
- ⭐ It can determine when you may take it at all: after how many days of probation and after how many tours driven — ⭐ short tours count too. Once you are admitted, the app lets you know.
- ⚠️⚠️ It can also set a deadline for it. If by then you have not met the conditions or not passed the test, your time in this company ends automatically — you receive a message about it and can apply to another one. ⭐ Your account, your figures and your career remain yours (12.1).
- ⭐⭐ What happens in the event of failure is up to the company — let you take it again, make you wait or part ways. ⛔ The operator does not interfere in this decision (§ 10, last paragraph).
- ⭐ You see the applicable values of your company in the app before you apply. ⛔ These terms do not name any figures for this — every company sets its own.
10.3 ⭐⭐ Founding a company — when that is possible, and what you decide in doing so
⭐ Someone who has only just started cannot found one. Your own company only comes into being once you have really driven in the game for a while. ⭐ How much you are still missing for this, the app tells you — it is the binding information. ⛔ These terms do not name a number of hours for it, because it comes from the operator's settings and can change.
⏳ ⭐⭐ In addition there is the qualifying drive (10.4): Whoever wants to found one drives it once and passes it. ⭐ If you have already driven it for a yard of your own, it also counts here — it is only required once.
⏳ From the day on which the operator switches on the plots (2.6), two decisions are added — both are made at founding, and both are made only once:
- ⭐⭐ A loan for building up the yard ("start-up loan" („Gründerkredit")). The bank can give it to you once at founding, ⭐ currently 30,000 €. ⚠️ The amount is a setting of the operator — ⭐ what counts is what the app tells you before founding. ⭐⭐ The start-up loan is still available for 30 days after founding, after that no longer. ⚠️ It remains a loan: It bears interest, is repaid in instalments and treated like any other company loan — including in case of arrears (2.7). ⭐ At what interest rate and over what term, you see before concluding it; ⛔ these terms do not name a figure for this. ⛔ There is no claim to it (§ 2).
- ⛔ Whoever already has land or a yard does not get it. This applies without exception — ⛔ and in both cases of the next point, whether you bring in your existing business or whether you keep it. ⭐ Whether it is still possible for you, the app tells you before you found. ⚠️ This display is non-binding information based on the state of the moment — ⭐ the decision is only made when you actually apply for it, and until then the state can change. ⭐ If it says no, it also tells you why. ⛔ No claim follows from a display "possible" (§ 2).
- ⚠️⚠️ If you already have a business of your own, you are asked whether it should pass into the company — yard, parking spaces, buildings and vehicles. If you say yes, from then on everything belongs to the company. ⛔⛔ You can then no longer get it back — not later, not on request, not by leaving and not even if the company is dissolved again. ⭐ You are asked explicitly beforehand and must confirm it.
- ⭐ If you say no, everything stays with you, and the company starts from zero alongside it. ⭐ Both paths are allowed — the decision is yours, and ⚠️ it is asked only a single time.
10.4 ⭐⭐ The qualifying drive — whoever wants to build something of their own drives it once
⏳ From the day on which the qualifying drive exists, it comes before two things: buying a yard of your own (2.6) and founding a company of your own (10.3). ⭐ Whoever only wants to drive does not need it — nothing changes for driving, for jobs, for the freight exchange and for working at someone else's company.
⭐ It does not start secretly. If you want to buy or found, the app tells you that a qualifying drive is due first. Only when you press the button does the next suitable tour count as a test. ⛔ Without this press of the button, none of your drives is assessed as a test.
What is required — it is shown once more before you press the button:
- ⭐ You obey the game's traffic rules, in particular the signs.
- ⭐ The cargo arrives undamaged.
- ⭐ The tour is long enough. ⛔ These terms do not name a number of kilometres for it — how long it must be, the app tells you before you start.
- ⭐ It runs on the game's base map. If you drive on an additional map, the drive is not assessed as a test — the app also tells you this beforehand.
- ⭐ It is driven in one go, without switching save game. ⭐ Breaks are allowed — it is about the save game, not about your time at the screen.
- ⭐ You choose route and cargo yourself, and whether you are on the road alone or with others is up to you.
⛔⛔ How strictly it is measured and calculated is not stated here. ⭐ That is part of the game — just as in 10.2 the calculation behind the test report is not stated. ⭐ You see the result afterwards in words, with the reason, if it was not enough.
- ⭐⭐ Even a failed qualifying drive is a real tour. You may drive it to the end, the revenue stays yours, kilometres and driving time count as always. ⛔ There is no penalty.
- ⚠️ Failed means: you wait. The next attempt is only possible after a few days of real time, and after several failed attempts the waiting time becomes longer. ⭐ When you can take it again, the app tells you. ⛔ These terms do not name a number for this. ⭐ You can try as often as you like — there is no upper limit.
- ⭐ Passed applies permanently. You drive it once, after that both are open to you: buying and founding. ⛔ It is not repeated and does not expire.
- ⚠️ There is no claim to a drive being assessed (§ 14): If the game does not provide usable data for a stretch of the route, this stretch is not assessed. ⭐ This does not work to your disadvantage.
- ⭐ What a company does with its own tests is set out in 10.2 — there it decides, not the operator.
10.5 ⏳ ⭐⭐ The driver exchange and invitations
⏳ From the day on which it exists, companies and drivers without a company find each other in the driver exchange.
- ⭐⭐ Your entry is off until you switch it on yourself, and you can only switch it on as long as you do not belong to any company. ⭐ Switching it off is possible at any time.
- ⭐ What companies see of you there — and what never — is set out in the privacy notice, section 6b. ⛔ Your money, your fines, your accidents and your e-mail address are never in it.
- ⭐ In a company, only the owner and whoever he gives the right "invite drivers" („Fahrer einladen") may invite. ⛔ Whoever is already in a company cannot be invited. ⭐ How often invitations may be sent is limited, so that nobody is swamped with invitations.
- ⭐ If you say yes, the same applies as with an application: You become a member, your other invitations and applications end, and your entry disappears from the exchange. ⏳ ⭐ If you leave the company again, the app asks you once whether your entry should be switched on again — ⛔ without your yes it stays off.
- ⭐ Answered and otherwise settled invitations are deleted after currently 90 days (privacy notice, section 9).
- ⚠️ For your own text in the entry, the text of an invitation and your reply, the same applies as for messages (§ 9): The tone remains decent. ⛔ No advertising, no names or other details about other real people; the fields do not accept links.
- ⭐ The operator may hide or delete an entry or a text that violates this — stating the reason. In the case of serious or repeated violations, § 11 applies. ⭐ Whoever is harassed with invitations contacts the operator.
- ⛔ There is no claim to an invitation, to a reply or to admission (§ 2).
10.6 ⏳ ⭐⭐ The presentation text and the public list of companies
⏳ From the day on which the operator enables it, the website publicly presents the companies of each game — for everyone, even without an account (privacy notice, section 6c).
- ⭐ The list of a game contains every company that is active in this game; whether it is currently looking for drivers is a feature by which you can filter.
- ⭐ Its management determines with the levels from 6.1 what of it is public: If the name is set to "private", the company is not in the list; if the figures are set to "private", the list shows only name and presentation text.
- ⛔ Names of members, money and figures of individual drivers never appear there.
- ⭐⭐ The presentation text is written by the owner or whoever has the right to do so from him — and thereby publishes it. The owner is liable for it as for name, logo and coat of arms (9.1). ⛔ Not belonging in it: names, contact details or other details about real people, posing as a real business, other people's trademarks, insults, incitement, sexual content and third-party advertising. The field does not accept links.
- ⭐ The operator may hide a text that violates this — stating the reason; in the case of serious or repeated violations, § 11 applies.
- ⛔ There is no claim to being in the list or in a particular position (§ 2).
10.7 ⏳ ⭐ A Discord channel of your company
⏳ From the day on which this exists, the owner of a company — or whoever has the right "edit profile card" („Steckbrief bearbeiten") from him — can connect Discord channels to which Dispolotse sends selected events (privacy notice, section 7e).
- ⭐ He connects only channels over which he has authority, and he decides in Discord who can read them. ⚠️ What is posted there is read by everyone he lets in.
- ⭐ Which events go there, he ticks per channel; amounts of money and licence plates are off by default.
- ⭐ Every driver can switch on "Do not name me on Discord" („Nicht im Discord nennen") — then it only says "A driver" („Ein Fahrer") there.
- ⚠️ The address of the channel is a key: Whoever knows it can write to this channel. Do not pass it on; after it has been entered, Dispolotse never shows it in full again.
- ⚠️ Discord's terms apply to Discord. What has been sent cannot be retrieved by Dispolotse — only whoever runs the Discord server can delete it.
- ⛔ There is no claim to every message arriving (§ 14).
§ 11 When rules are broken
In the event of a violation, the operator can, depending on its seriousness:
- address it and issue a warning,
- not count individual drives or reverse bookings,
- restrict access to the chat,
- temporarily suspend the account,
- permanently suspend and delete the account.
⭐ In the case of serious or repeated violations, it may go straight to the last level. ⭐ Anyone who is suspended is told the reason and can object by e-mail; the operator will then take another look at the matter. This does not give rise to any claim to have a save game restored.
§ 12 ⭐ If you want to leave
Every account can be deleted in the app itself — ⏳ likewise in the driver area in the browser. This requires the password and an explicit confirmation.
⚠️ Beforehand, the app — in the browser, the page — shows a warning with all the figures — balance, minus, running investments, outstanding loan. Because on deletion the following applies:
- A balance goes to the game bank. It is not paid out (§ 2) and not transferred.
- A minus and an outstanding loan also go to the game bank and are booked there as a default. They do not prevent the deletion.
- Your vehicles stay in the game, but not with you. Purchased vehicles go to the dealer and are available for purchase there again; rented ones simply go back. ⭐ No money flows in the process — there is no longer an account that anything could be credited to, and nothing is paid out anyway (§ 2).
- ⚠️ Vehicles that belong to your company are not affected by this — they belong to it and stay with it. ⭐ And a vehicle that is pledged as security for a loan can only be sold or returned once the loan has been paid off. This applies at any time, not only on deletion — as long as the bank holds a security, it stays where it is. ⭐ And what happens when a loan goes into default is set out in 2.7.
- What disappears: name, e-mail address, password, messages, personal settings and all registered devices — ⭐⭐ as well as your reports to the operator together with the attached images (9.2), your settings for the presence message (7.3) and your test status (10.2, 10.4). ⭐ The image is really deleted in the process — the file itself too, and also one that you selected but never sent.
- ⏳ ⭐ Likewise disappearing are your entry in the driver exchange together with its text, the invitations to you together with your replies, and your switch "Do not name me on Discord" („Nicht im Discord nennen") (10.5, 10.7). ⭐ On invitations that you sent, it then says "former driver" („ehemaliger Fahrer"). ⚠️ What is already in a Discord channel cannot be retrieved by Dispolotse (10.7).
- What remains: the bookings, the account number and the figures that have gone into shared evaluations — without name, without address, no longer attributable. ⭐ The reason is stated openly: otherwise there would be a gap in the account statement of another driver who once transferred money, and the game's accounting would no longer balance.
- ⭐⭐ Where your name stood in such transactions, it then says "former driver". ⚠️ This is not a remnant of you, but a placeholder that refers to no one — ⛔ it cannot be attributed to any person and is never resolved again.
⏳ ⭐⭐ From the day on which the operator switches on the recovery period, deletion happens in two steps — and the first is not yet a deletion:
- ⭐⭐ You request the deletion, and it is scheduled for 24 hours later. ⭐ The app tells you when the period expires, and you find the time in your inbox. ⭐⭐ Until then nothing happens: ⛔ Nothing is debited, nothing is renamed and no vehicle is handed to the dealer, and ⭐ your login is not blocked — ⚠️ on the contrary, it is the way back. ⭐ Nothing is deleted during this time.
- ⭐⭐ If you log in again within these 24 hours, the deletion is thereby withdrawn — ⭐ completely, free of charge, without questions, without anything being lost. ⭐ Nothing more than logging in is needed for this.
- ⚠️⚠️ Once the period expires, everything that points to you is gone — name, e-mail address, password, your reports to the operator together with the attached images, all registered devices, your settings for the presence message and your test status. ⛔ There is then no way back, and the operator cannot undo it either.
- ⭐ What remains, remains without you: the bookings and the account number, without name and without reference to a person — the reason is stated above (privacy notice, section 10).
- ⛔ The period cannot be brought forward. It is your safety net, not an obstacle: ⭐ It exists so that a click in anger does not end everything.
⚠️ Once the period has expired, a deleted account cannot be restored. ⭐ As long as it is running, logging in is enough.
12.1 ⭐ Smaller than deleting: leaving and starting over
- ⭐ You can leave a company at any time. Your account remains, your figures remain, and your career still belongs to you.
- ⭐⭐ Leaving takes effect immediately — ⛔ no period and no waiting time applies (10.1). ⚠️ It likewise takes effect immediately if the company parts ways with you; ⭐ you can read its reason in your inbox (10.1).
- ⭐ A reason is mandatory: It goes as a message to the owner of your company and to those responsible for personnel there. ⭐ This tells them why someone is leaving — nothing more happens with it. ⭐⭐ Until 8 September 2026 it said here that this would only apply from the day on which the app asks for it — ⭐ it does ask for it. ⭐ Your name remains readable in the personnel file, so that old settlements still balance; ⭐ vehicles of the company go back to it in the process.
- ⚠️ An owner cannot simply leave as long as he is owner — he first hands his company over to someone or dissolves it. ⛔ Nor can he be dismissed from his own company.
- ⏳ You can reset your save game to the beginning, from the day on which the app offers this — ⚠️ but only once you are no longer in any company. ⭐ The order is: first leave, then reset. An owner first hands over his company or dissolves it.
- ⚠️⚠️ Resetting means: everything goes back to the beginning, as if you were signing up anew. Your vehicles go to the dealer, each of your accounts is set to zero (running investments dissolved, an outstanding loan written off), and you receive the same starting amount as a new driver. ⚠️ And it continues as if you had never driven: ⭐ your passed qualifying drive (10.4), a running attempt, a waiting time resulting from it, your rank, a reported holiday and your settings for the presence message are also gone — ⛔ and the hours you need to found a company count from the beginning again as of that day. ⛔ There is no way back.
- ⭐ But it is something different from deleting the account: your account, your name and your e-mail address remain. ⭐ And your bookings and the tours you have driven also remain — ⚠️ they just no longer count for you: A transfer has two sides, and no gap may arise in the other party's account statement (§ 12).
- ⭐ What has gone into shared evaluations also remains here — without name and without reference to a person, for the same reason as above.
12.2 ⭐ Check beforehand: "My data"
⭐ The app has the page "My data" („Meine Daten"). There you find three things in one place — ⭐ and that is before you delete anything:
- ⭐ See: what is stored about you, where it comes from and how long it stays. ⭐ The periods stated there are the applicable ones — even if the privacy notice should name an older figure. ⚠️ Not all periods are listed there — ⭐ for any that is missing there, the table in section 9 of the privacy notice applies. ⭐⭐ Until 9 September 2026 this was not stated here — ⭐ it is stated and not silently passed over.
- ⭐ Download: all at once as one file — account data, personnel file, logbook, account statements, your own messages and the messages in your inbox; what exactly it contains and what not is stated in section 11 of the privacy notice. ⭐ This costs nothing, and you do not need to ask anyone for it. ⛔ Your password is not included in it, not even encrypted.
- ⭐ Delete: the same way as in § 12, with password and explicit confirmation.
⭐ If you ever cannot access the page, an informal e-mail to the operator is enough — the privacy notice (section 11) says how this works and how long it may take.
§ 13 If you do not come for a long time
So that the server does not fill up with dead accounts, there are periods. Before every deletion a warning e-mail goes to the stored address, and after that there is still time simply to log in.
| Case | What happens | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Registration never confirmed | is deleted | after 14 days |
| New and never driven — or the current account is in minus at the end of the first month | warning, then deletion | after 30 days, warning 7 days beforehand |
| Driver no longer drives — only if his company has switched this on | warning to him and to his owner, then dismissal from the company (the account remains) | switched off; when switched on after 90 days, warning 14 days beforehand — the company can set other days, also per role |
| The current account is permanently below the granted limit — even if you drive | warning e-mail, then deletion | after 180 days |
| Account in minus and offline for a long time | warning e-mail, then deletion | after 6 months offline |
| Offline for a long time | warning e-mail, then deletion | after 18 months offline |
| After the warning e-mail | period until deletion | 30 days |
⭐ Those who run a company, those who have a loan running and the operator himself are not deleted by the two middle clocks — in their case a human looks at it.
⭐ These figures are setting values and may change. ⭐ The app shows some of them on the page "My data" (12.2); ⭐ for every figure shown there, the app's value applies. ⚠️ The third row — the dismissal of a driver who no longer drives — is not shown there: ⭐ Whether it applies and with what period is decided by your company; it can also set the period per role. ⭐ If it has not switched anything on, no one is dismissed. ⭐⭐ Until 9 September 2026 it said here that the app's values applied to all these figures — ⭐ this is stated here and not silently changed. ⭐ When each of these clocks starts running is stated in section 9 of the privacy notice.
⭐ These are the clocks that delete an account. ⏳ What a minus on the company account triggers long before that — letters, reminder and the realisation of what has been built — is set out in 2.7.
13.1 ⭐ Holiday — report it, then no clock runs against you
If you are not going to drive for a while, you can report this in advance — as a holiday, with start and end. Anyone can do this, including those who drive alone.
- ⭐ A reported holiday stops the clock that dismisses a driver from his company (§ 13, third row of the table). ⛔ It does not stop the clocks that delete an account — so do log in now and then anyway.
- Every calendar day without a drive within the report is used up; Saturday and Sunday count too.
- How many days per year you are entitled to is decided by your company (default 30 days); for those who drive alone, the value from the operator's settings applies. ⭐ What currently applies and how much you have already used up, you can see in the app.
- ⚠️ If the holiday is used up and you still do not drive, your company's normal rule applies again — it can part ways with you. You receive a message beforehand.
§ 14 ⭐⭐ Availability, outages, data loss and liability
The app is a private leisure project of one individual and is operated free of charge. No fee is charged and none is accepted. Anyone who uses it uses it as it currently is.
14.0 ⚠️ This app is a trial version
The app is currently being built. It is not finished, and it is not meant to be for a while yet. Expect things to change, disappear or work differently than yesterday. ⚠️ Also expect save games to be reset — individual ones or all of them, if an error makes it necessary or the game is to start over once more before opening. During this time, drive because it is fun — not to build up something that has to last.
14.1 There is no obligation to operate
The operator is not obliged to operate the app or the server, to keep them ready for operation or to continue them. There is no claim to use, to availability or to the continued existence of the service.
Operation can be interrupted, restricted or discontinued in whole or in part at any time — for maintenance, because of a fault, for technical reasons or without reason. The operator endeavours to announce a permanent discontinuation with reasonable notice; he cannot owe it.
14.2 ⭐ The three cases that really matter
Named explicitly, so that no one can later claim not to have known:
① Outages. The server may be unreachable. A synchronisation may fail, a tour may not arrive, a message may be lost, a booking may not happen. Drives that are driven in the meantime may remain uncounted.
⏳ ⭐ The service can also be deliberately switched off briefly for this — for maintenance. From the day on which the app can display this, it tells you during this time that a short maintenance is in progress and asks you to try again shortly. ⛔ It does not state a reason, a duration or a time, and ⛔ there is no claim that maintenance will be announced or remain short (14.1).
⭐ What the app could not send in the meantime, it keeps on your computer until then and sends it afterwards as soon as the service is reachable again (§ 7 · privacy notice, section 4a). ⚠️ No claim that this always succeeds follows from this — what is stated in this section remains.
② Loss of save games and bookings. Save games, bookings, tours, vehicles, companies and messages may be lost or become incorrect — through a fault, an error in the software, a failed backup or a restoration that goes back to an older state. There is no claim that a save game is preserved, correct or restored. The operator may correct save games if an error has led to incorrect figures — even to the disadvantage of a driver.
③ Deletion of accounts. Accounts can be deleted: at your own request (§ 12), as a consequence of a rule violation (§ 11) and automatically due to inactivity (§ 13). ⭐ Before an automatic deletion, a warning e-mail goes to the stored address, and after that a period remains. ⚠️ If the warning does not arrive — because the address is no longer valid, the mailbox is full or the message ends up in spam — this does not change anything about the deletion. A deleted account cannot be restored.
14.3 ⭐⭐ Why no damage arises from this
Everything that comes into being in this app is save game — game money, vehicles, companies, kilometres, rankings. Under § 2, none of it has any value outside the game: nothing is paid out, nothing traded, nothing bought. It is never money and never assets.
If a save game is lost, no asset is lost as a result. The loss of game money is not financial damage, and playing time spent is not compensable damage.
14.4 Liability
For anything that could nevertheless be damage, the following applies in stages:
- The operator is liable without limitation in the case of intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. This liability is neither excluded nor limited.
- In the case of simple negligence, he is only liable for the breach of those obligations whose fulfilment makes use possible in the first place and on whose observance one may rely. In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. ⭐ Because the app is free of charge and contains nothing of value, this damage is conceivably small in amount.
- Otherwise, liability is excluded — in particular for the cases named in 14.2, for lost game advantages and for indirect damage.
- Liability under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) and for expressly assumed guarantees remains unaffected. No guarantee is assumed.
- Insofar as the operator's liability is excluded or limited, this also applies to people who help him with operation.
⭐ The fact that the app is provided free of charge must be taken into account in the question of what liability exists — anyone who provides something without consideration owes less than someone who is paid for it.
§ 15 Changes
The app is being developed further. Rules, figures, prices, periods and processes in the game may change; individual functions may be dropped. There is no claim that something stays as it is.
If these terms are changed, this is announced in the app. Anyone who continues playing afterwards agrees to the new version. Anyone who does not agree can delete their account (§ 12).
§ 16 Final provisions
- German law applies.
- ⭐ These terms, the privacy notice and the legal notice are additionally available in an English translation — for reading. Only the German version is authoritative; if the translation differs, the German text applies.
These terms of use, the privacy notice and the legal notice are also available in an English translation for reading. Only the German version is legally binding; if the translation differs, the German text applies.
- Should a provision be invalid, the remaining ones remain valid.
- There is no claim to participation. The operator can limit or stop the admission of new accounts.
